As a fellow barista I understand that sometimes people are a little more difficult and working in a customer service job is a choice. I explained what I wanted and told them sorry it’s a little difficult but I will tip. I came here yesterday and the lady was very nice and this morning I got service that was rushed rude with facial expressions and cutting me off so I didn’t even get to finish what I wanted before she was telling me that they couldn’t make my drink even tho I had it made yesterday. Everyone makes coffee differently so as a fellow barista my goal is to always make the drink how they want it with and make it right not make a person feel less of a person because they know that they want. I drove 54 minutes to come back to this coffee place because I thought it was so good after doing the Maui off road atv tours yesterday and I won’t do it again because how you are treated is the main reason people come back. Luckily if you’re a regular you get treated with dignity. Should’ve read the reviews before hand because MANY people said the same thing
