Having visited Maui twice, Hooked has definitely become a favorite truck. Everything we have ordered has been absolutely delicious. The Poke comes with a heaping helping of fresh fish. All of the shrimp plates are perfection. The fish and chips rivals that of New England and the British Isles. Do not not skip this food truck!
We stopped by Hooked Food Truck for a quick meal and tried the fish tacos and a poke bowl. The food was fresh and decent, though not the best we’ve had on the island. The flavors were good, we enjoyed the spicy avocado salsa with the fish tacos. Service was fine—friendly and efficient. It’s a solid option if you’re in the area and craving seafood, but not necessarily a must-visit.

Some dishes are better than others here- definitely hit or miss.. I would not recommend the fish plate - mahi mahi is dry and bland. It's a huge serving but not good.
