If you didn't know better, you may miss this gem. Upstairs (entry through a gallery/shop) the view (especially from the bar) is fantastic, even though you are on the mauka side of Front Street. The deep dish pizzas are very good, even if you order yours without cheese like we do. Aaron the bartender always does a super job taking care of us.There's no issue ordering a dairy-free pizza here! The deep dish dough holds the toppings well and tastes great.
We had dinner at Lahaina Pizza twice during our 9 night stay in Maui and it was simply fantastic. The pizza is incredible and the environment has a cool, relaxed vibe to it. If you are lucky to get a window seat at sunset it makes the experience that much better. The bar area is relaxed and the bartenders are all very attentive and friendly. Excellent deep dish pizza with a golden, crispy crust, and the calzone had an equally golden, crispy crust. Deep dish pizza isn't very common, and this one is extra delicious and unlike other pizzas. The service was fast too and the view can't be beat! Would eat here again over and over!
