The BEST quesabirria I’ve ever had, coming from a self-proclaimed quesabirria connoisseur. When we landed in Maui this was the first place we came to. It was so good that we made the half hour drive to come back a few days later. The steak burrito and chicken tacos were also delicious. The food truck area is nicely paved and has a bathroom. Wheelchair accessible food trucks!
We ordered 50+ tacos for a family event, and they came through in top form. Linda's separated the tacos by type and broke them down into individual servings. Big hit with everyone in attendance, Chicken Tinga seemed to be the all around favorite.
