Went there today. Perhaps their website could share that they’re closed indefinitely. That would be helpful. 1 star because there’s no 0 star option.

Ukulele music was great, food was not bad, and they were probably understaffed. But the staff were pleasant enough.

Food is off a food truck! The fish & chips and Wings were over cooked & dry. Never order chips & salsa as they are a total rip off for both price & quality.

Food is definitely overpriced. $24 for 2 small grilled fish tacos with just pickled red onion on top. Quality/price does not add up to me! Some tortilla chips on the side as well. The coconut shrimp also only had 4 shrimp and it was also $20+

Consistently good bar food and friendly service make Pailolo stand out. This is a beach side hotel bar. The prices are high, but what else do you expect for a Maui tourist bar. We go back because the food like burgers are consistently good, the service is consistently friendly and the location is consistently beautiful. We have visited Pailolo many times over the years and we look forward to returning.

We went for their happy hour advertised on their own website. We arrived and asked a tall female server for the happy hour menu. She was short with us and rude! She was the first bit of bad aloha spirit we’ve encountered here. Had we been treated differently, we would have stayed anyways.Mainly, I want future visitors to know there is misinformation on their website and second, take the misinformation off your website.

Wanted to sit at the bar at an open seat and was told by the bartender I could not. He explained I might be blocking another customer behind at a table that arrived earlier for the college football game. Needless to say, I did not stay. Super convenient as I was staying at hotel but found a restaurant with service.

Good food right at the resort. We have lunch here a few times during our stay. Quick and easy while you're just dry from the pool or ocean. Quick service then you go back to it. The high marks are about convenience, meaning I'm sure you can find better, but for the pool restaurant, this place is above average. Atmosphere alone because you see view the ocean and beach and the sunset side of Maui.

Great drink selection and quick bites for lunch or dinner. Take it to go or sit at the tables and enjoy the view!

Live music and amazing staff. Everyone has a great personality, which makes it hard to hate this place. Since the establishment is on the resort grounds, it's very overpriced. The quantity or quality of food doesn't match the bucks. Food is always luke warm, never hot. I had two flavorless fish tacos for $22, five coconut shrimp for $19, six Buffalo wings for $17, small side of fries for $10 and kids two chicken fingers with scarce fries for $14. The appetizers are very small portions and not shareable as stated. Very convenient but not worth the cost. Find a nearby food truck which is much cheaper, hot and more fufulling.

Usually have a great time here but was just chased off by a rude waitress who was slow to bus a table and rather than help us find a different table just had us leave. It wasn’t busy, just lazy service.

The service was okay but the shine star was Richelle! She was friendly and attentive. She made the dining experience amazing. Thank you Richelle!Dietary restrictions: Very few gluten free options
