On a nice evening, I don’t think you can beat the local food truck party vibe in Lahaina. We were here for a week, this place was the best value IMO next to the fish market. Food was excellent but VERY SPICY and I like spice. Had the drunken noodles with steak. Fresh, fast, filling, $21. Chap dinner for Hawaii
I was super excited to try the drunken noodles but sadly they had shellfish in them and I have an allergy 😢 So we went to another food truck in the park for our main meal but we still ordered the pork potstickers to share as an appetizer. They were flavorful with a mix of pork and vegetables on the inside and crispy on the outside. Perfect!
We ordered yellow curry with chicken and rice and it was exactly what we wanted after a long travel day. It was comforting, flavorful, and the kind of meal that makes you feel like you’re officially on vacation. If you’re staying around West Maui and want an easy dinner that still feels like a real local find, this truck is worth the stop.
