Staying at the resort and had the “catch of the day” and wife had the pork sliders. Both meals were very good. Read some iffy reviews but our eating experience was nothing but good.
Amazing service by Kaha (or Kala? Sorry). The food is good and the prices are correct for Maui. There is live music every night.
Had some apps here the day my family and I arrived to the resort. First time having furikake fries and they were damn good. So was the the shrimp tempura. Server was friendly and they had a small band playing which was great.

The food, including good fish dishes like seared ahi and ahi sashimi, often exceeds expectations, though menu changes may sometimes disappoint. The service is highly praised, with servers being fun, upbeat, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and local musicians. The outside seating, enhanced by Tiki torches, adds to the ambiance, making it a romantic and enjoyable experience. Visitors have enjoyed the “catch of the day” and pork sliders, as well as furikake fries and shrimp tempura, which are both highly recommended. The bar inside the resort offers a view of the pools and live music, with reasonably priced drinks and appetizers during Happy Hour. The staff is very friendly, and the food and drinks, ranging from $13-16 for cocktails and $15-18 for small plates, make the experience worthwhile despite being on the expensive side.
