“A little hole in the wall kind of place. Even though it has amazing reviews it really is in the cut. I enjoy the variety of flavors. We stopped at another place that claim they had the best bowls but honestly I like that I could go with my friend and she could get her thing and I can get my thing. They were very accommodating with recommendations. I like the store and that they have sitting outside and they had a decent bit of seating. Right across from the beach as well which was a nice little touch. I got a peanut butter bowl and it was the perfect amount of sweet. My friend got the Blue magic and she thinks hers was too sour.“

“I tried the turkey pesto croissant, ?very delicious. We also got some of the GF bread for another sandwich and it was decent so it’s nice to have that option. I came when it was super rainy so the outdoor seating was a little uncomfortable but it wasn’t a big deal. “Three of us stopped in for a quick lunch and we were the only ones there at the moment. We ordered egg noodle soup with seafood and pork, an order of egg rolls and a lemongrass chicken bahn mi sandwich. It was all delicious, ready quickly and served with a smile. We would definitely go back.“

“Previously (like over a decade ago) while in Haleiwa, 90% of the time I'd go to Matsumoto's and 10% Aoki's. A friend told me to come here instead since the line isn't as long and the shave ice is just as good as the aforementioned or even better. I will occasionally go to Matsumoto's but this has been my shave ice spot. The shave ice is fine, the syrup flavors are good and I just find it easier to find parking here. The restrooms are also easier to access.“

“I ate at Giovanni's shrimp truck and came to get an acai bowl for dessert. Parking is also free. Best of all, it's not too sweet, it's healthy, and it tastes delicious! The friendly guys responded pleasantly and Wi-Fi was available.Anyway, it's delicious! A place that should be known for its shrimp eating course! Unlike 5 years ago, Giovanni's shrimp truck charges parking fees. It's $2 though.“

“This is a very convenient healthy option if you are staying in Ko'olina. They offer more flexibility than the Ulu Cafe for acai bowls and it's definitely freshly made. The service is friendly but can take a while since they usually only have one person taking orders. That's probably normal service for Hawaii, gotta relax and enjoy your time in paradise. The ambiance is average and seemed very welcoming to out of towners.“

“I've had great fresh fruit all over Oahu, and this is hands down the best box of fruit I've eaten. I've been back three times, and the service is always wonderful and the Hawaiian plate is always fresh, in season, and absolutely overflowing. “My favorite drink is the Pink Dragon and I've had it from multiple locations however they made it a little sweeter than most places and the syrup was stuck at the bottom. Also, zero stars for ordering through the Yelp App which is fulfilled through GrubHub. Placed my order, paid and waited for confirmation. Didn't get confirmation for 30 min, so I called and the store to see what was going on. They saw my order and said they would make it now. I asked to cancel since it was so late already but they said I would have to cancel on the app which I tried to do. I would have had to call Yelp or GrubHub which is another headache I didn't want to deal with. I'm not sure if the store is at fault for not paying attention to their online order system or if it was an issue with the App. Either way, if you decide to order online, I would call immediately after to make sure they've received it.“
