“Gigi is a Master Cake Artist with a super fun personality!I chose Ghiselani Designer Wedding Cakes for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary because I loved how elegant and detailed Gigi's cakes are on her website. Once Gigi finished with our cake setup, the beauty of it literally took my breath away and I immediately became teary eyed because all the months of planning- phone conversations and text messages with Gigi that went into designing this cake finally became a reality!I really appreciated how responsive she was with me throughout the design process. I wanted to add on some things to the design a couple weeks prior to our event date and Gigi was very accommodating with that. Her attention to the small details on the cake were beyond spectacular. She surprised us with the center of our teal lilies spray painted with gold!The taste of the cake itself was phenomenal. It was light and very moist and the flavors of each layer was bold and tasted like the real deal. There were actual mango chunks and raspberry seeds in the two filling layers we chose which we loved!I also appreciated the other business referrals Gigi suggested to make this event one to remember. “I have had several opportunities to eat these unique and delicious cookies. I was attending a wedding and they were part of the dessert table. Then I received a batch as a gift. I plan to buy several gift cards to pass on to family and friends so they can also try this delicious treat“

“Snails are the best! The long John's used to have a lot more filling but not so much, now. The snails are light, fluffy and high. I buy a whole box to freeze and take back home with me. The interior hasn't changed in 50 years so it's very nostalgic. The gentleman the works here is the most friendly and smiles. It's a regular stop for is when we come home every summer.“

“We rolled up at 8am to a small line but it went super quick and we ordered the fav five plus two. Holy smokes were they good!! The donuts look small but they are dense and super fresh tasting! The proprietor was super friendly and had a top-notch stache! 10/10 would go again!“

They are a delicious little ice cream shop only now. Still good, but we definitely missed the chippa waffle and burger. “We came across this place while driving around Maui one morning, no problem finding street parking. Once inside there was a short line and few tables still open. There was also the cutest store cat lounging on one of the couches, everyone stopped to give the cat some pets before ordering! Clean restroom, and the staff were nice, our drinks came out pretty quickly. We enjoyed a latte and an iced matcha, they gave me different options to sweeten the matcha how I liked so highly appreciate that! The breakfast bagels were tasty too. While it’s a little pricey, everything was good and we’d would love to come back here again!“

Even if not leaving from this terminal, it’s air conditioned, shorter wait, better coffee and a seating area where you can look over the West Maui mountains, weep over needing to leave and plan your next trip back.“

Food was good & not overly heavy, but wouldn’t compete with high end Italian cuisine (this wasn’t our expectation). “I'm not a crepe fan and they weren't serving from the full menu, so just settled on a croissant. My local friends really like this place a lot. I was a bit put off by the service, which wasn't too friendly and extremely slow. We waited 10-20 mins to be seated and another 10-15 to have our order taken. It just wasn't worth the wait, IMO, but I also wasn't into their breakfast menu, so take my opinion for what it is.“
