The breakfast burrito was 10/10! The smash burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor! Would 110% recommend Cafe Mambo and definitely worth the wait if they don’t have an empty table!“

They even took extra special care to ask what we were doing next what we have already done our vacation and gave us a list of things that we should check out that were local before we left the island. “Absolutely delicious and excellent meal. The Hotate Nigiri melts in your mouth. All ingredients were so fresh and exquisite! The Maguro Tataki sashimi was also very flavorful and had a perfect sear. We also got the Spider Roll and the Kihei Roll — both were perfectly crafted and delicious. Presentation and service were excellent. Definitely coming back again!“

“This place has an amazing playlist and makes me happy to eat here. I was craving a salad beyond that if garden or Cesar. I got the watermelon feta, it was so good. I wish the toppings had been a little more generous, but it was perfectly filling. The staff was nice and the pink lemonade just hit. Thank you!“

“Last meal in Maui last night.i had the best slow roasted beef short ribs and I smoke meats at home in Connecticut. So delicious. My common law wife had a Eggplant dish that she also loved. Service was quick and friendly. No reservation needed. Walked in at 7pm on a Friday.“
