Big Island Coffee Roasters Reviews
Some of the best coffee I've ever tried. Belong to the cuppers club, get two different bags of beans each month from different Hawaiian crops. Excellent, fresh coffee beans. Well worth the money.
Fabulous coffee❤️
Many choices, little nibbles as well. Cardamom coffee cake was yummy.
Excellent coffee and people. Coffee is consistently wonderful. I ran out of coffee and just grabbed another brand at the store, what a waste of money. Horrible stomach acid and not enough sugar in my house to take away the bitterness. Thankful when I got my new supply of Big Island Coffee in. It really is the only coffee I can drink. Thank you for all you do to supply me with my only addiction. I have dealt with this company for awhile and I couldn’t find a nicer bunch...read full review

Big Island Coffee Roasters is a new coffee shop in Hilo that is well worth a visit. Despite the slightly tricky location and small parking lot, the space is described as very cute and clean. The baristas are helpful and knowledgeable, and the coffee is praised for its strength and great flavor. One unique detail is that the cups highlight endangered native Hawaiian birds. The selection of baked goods is tempting, and the overall vibe makes it a great place for a quick business meeting, coffee catch-up with friends, or to enjoy some of the best whole bean and ground coffee on the island. The cafe is cozy and welcoming, with friendly service and delicious coffee. Although the shop does not have A/C, making it quite hot inside, the atmosphere remains inviting. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices, including only two dollars for a small drip coffee. The house-made syrups and specialty coffee drinks, like the iced pandan latte, offer a nice floral, vanilla, and sweet flavor, while the salted honu mocha, with its blend of salt, chocolate, and caramel, is also well-liked. Some customers enjoyed the affogato, with one preferring vanilla ice cream over chocolate. The busy shop has cute decor and a nice seating area, making it a great spot to relax or catch up while watching the coffee roasting process.
