“Absolutely blown away, this is hands down the best Mexican food truck in all of Maui! The food is full of flavor, and you can tell everything is fresh and homemade. The owner, Laura, is an absolute 5 stars, she cooks fast, everything tastes amazing, and she’s happy to explain anything on the menu if you’re not familiar with it.
The quesabirrias are a must try, they’re the reason I keep coming back so often!

“Happened to be walking by, saw how busy it was, and loved the chill vibe so I waited for a table and so glad I did. Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Food was outstanding! The breakfast burrito was 10/10! The smash burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor! Would 110% recommend Cafe Mambo and definitely worth the wait if they don’t have an empty table!“
