Small business with big flavor coming out of that kitchen. Ube French toast is a must and anything that has short ribs is a must have. Staff were super friendly and gave us recommendations for other local spots to hit. The wait is well worth it.
The girlfriend wanted to pick up some food after some early morning errands. Came here years ago and decided to stop by again. Very happy we phone ordered because the line for dine in was about 5 parties long waiting to be seated. Inside is small with tables to diner in but kinda cramped. The interaction we had with the cashier was quick and easy!

A small affair in a small strip on south side of Kam Highway in Pearl City. About 6 total tables inside. Sign in legal pad outside to get in line. Order inside at counter then food brought to you. May be a wait but very worth it. I had a ciabatta breakfast sandwich with beef bulgogi and egg and cheese and chipotle mayo. Bread tender and fresh but held together. Who does that ? It was fire.
