Customer Service needs to improve , as a Bowler. I've always called to check if lanes were avaiable, but I seem to always have the heavy set young man in the front tell me different and lanes arent available with a staright answer , no lanes till later.
with Ive just called. I compete all over the world and use leeward for a place to practice, and no longer will be returning or coming back to this place.
