The food is always fresh and hot, excellent customer service and speed. Never disappointed.

We like Popeyes cuz the chicken is hot & fresh. Crispy. Expensive tho for fast food. They brought back their fried pickles. Yum!

If the location closes at 11pm why is it always an issue with spicy chicken never being available & then offering different chicken then what I ordered, I politely declined & then the cook is constantly making remarks about having to cook chicken. We originally were going to eat in but the restaurant was freezing cold, to the point the food would get cold before you could finish eating. I’ll make the extra commute to Waipahu driving past this location just to get better service.

Food was fine and hot. The staff had a hard time getting our order correct and others had the same issue. It seemed like chaos and there were only a few people inside and a few at the drive thru... Not sure why but not a very good impression of the staff and service.

Ordered a 2 piece combo with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Chicken is small. Otherwise fast and friendly service. Good taste.

I ordered on the app for pick up. Placed an order for 3 orders of the $7 chicken tender deals for 3 people, plus the $7 fries deal. So I should have received 9 tenders for $21. Yet when I went home to feed my family I only had 3 pieces in the box and 2 people didn’t get their dinner. Then contacted the customer service app and it refunded me $10.99?! Um, I paid at least $14… plus tax for the missing chicken. Such an inconvenience with dinner and then now having to contact customer service twice trying to get a proper refund. My family is tired and hungry— this was supposed to be a convenient option.

I was rushing home from work and I was able to receive my order in a timely manner and best yet the customer service wasn't one to forget. I'm surely going to come back to Popeyes.

Crazy, came in late tonight asked for spicy chicken sandwich combo. As you see from the receipt gave me a regular one and messed on one of the two combo sides. How hard is it to look at the screen and get things right ?? FYI worked 3 years in fast food. So it’s not hard. Do better !!!

Will never return to buy anything again. I was told by drive thru to park on the sidewalk. By jumping the curb? Another customer and myself had to drive off without our orders as we were blocking traffic. The staff was very incompetent. Staff there does not care about customers.
