Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I really want to like this location, but for the last year it’s been the same story — they’re always out of something. Sauces? Gone. Signature items like fried pickles? Don’t even bother hoping. I understand we’re in Hawaii and supply can be tricky, but it feels like whoever does the ordering just isn’t paying attention. The employees are nice, but it’s frustrating to never know if they’ll actually have what’s on the menu. (They probably don’t because the person in charge of ordering didn’t do inventory again.

Ordered a 12pc wing combo with red beans and rice and 3 classic wraps. I was told it would be a 10 min wait on the wings so I pulled off to the side to wait for my order. 35 minutes later, someone brought out my order and told me they were out of red beans and rice so they subbed it out with cold mash and gravy without even asking me if I wanted it. The wraps were also cold. This is by far the worst popeyes on the island. Extremely poor customer service.

I love the chicken! The service is different at different locations.

Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…

I'm disappointed big time with this location. I normally do not go to drive thru but I decided to give it a try. The woman was rude, I waited for my change for a while. I was the only one there. Did not even say thank you for waiting. If she was a robot I probably understand. No more Popeyes for me!

Came 30 minutes before closing amd service was horrible , worker had attitude and was rude , was told there was one left of two sides paid for 3 combos was missing a side and the fries cold . Waited 30 minutes just for the chicken and i think because of it they got irritated . If u dont like ur job and its too much to deal with a paying customer … just quit !!!

Their blackened chicken tenders are just flattened chicken with seasoning thrown on it. Better off just getting normal tenders if you want chicken

WORST POPEYES ON ISLAND 2 times I went today to order a ghost pepper sandwich and 2 times in a row they put bacon after I tell them not too I’m processing legal action it’s not right I work hard for my money to not eat what I pay for and the mangers can care less when you call them you got some highschool girls and boys working all day and night grow up fix your bussiness or you guys will be shutting down real soon.

This was a drive thru, so the only issue I had was ordering the chicken wings, the bone in was sold only spicy and mom can't eat spicy the non spicy was chicken nuggets not chicken wings, so we passed on it.

We finished our small order of ghost pepper and sweet and spicy. So so but we finished it since we didn't want to waste it. Its edible. Alas, this is not the 1970s Popeyes in Louisiana. I remember the red cayenne pepper flakes on both the chicken and the fries. Perspiration would becoming off the forehead. Not here in Hawaii. Guess I will be going with the korean fried chicken.

One of the employees just walked inside and he was coughing into the air without covering his mouth. Uncle then proceeded to walk back into the work area and still was coughing while not covering his mouth. That is disgusting
