Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I'm disappointed big time with this location. I normally do not go to drive thru but I decided to give it a try. The woman was rude, I waited for my change for a while. I was the only one there. Did not even say thank you for waiting. If she was a robot I probably understand. No more Popeyes for me!

Came 30 minutes before closing amd service was horrible , worker had attitude and was rude , was told there was one left of two sides paid for 3 combos was missing a side and the fries cold . Waited 30 minutes just for the chicken and i think because of it they got irritated . If u dont like ur job and its too much to deal with a paying customer … just quit !!!

Their blackened chicken tenders are just flattened chicken with seasoning thrown on it. Better off just getting normal tenders if you want chicken

WORST POPEYES ON ISLAND 2 times I went today to order a ghost pepper sandwich and 2 times in a row they put bacon after I tell them not too I’m processing legal action it’s not right I work hard for my money to not eat what I pay for and the mangers can care less when you call them you got some highschool girls and boys working all day and night grow up fix your bussiness or you guys will be shutting down real soon.

This was a drive thru, so the only issue I had was ordering the chicken wings, the bone in was sold only spicy and mom can't eat spicy the non spicy was chicken nuggets not chicken wings, so we passed on it.

We finished our small order of ghost pepper and sweet and spicy. So so but we finished it since we didn't want to waste it. Its edible. Alas, this is not the 1970s Popeyes in Louisiana. I remember the red cayenne pepper flakes on both the chicken and the fries. Perspiration would becoming off the forehead. Not here in Hawaii. Guess I will be going with the korean fried chicken.

One of the employees just walked inside and he was coughing into the air without covering his mouth. Uncle then proceeded to walk back into the work area and still was coughing while not covering his mouth. That is disgusting

I ordered a ridiculously large amount of food. The online purchasing made me place multiple orders. This issue led to picking nearest location rather than location I was traveling to. Helen, made certain that I was taken care of. She got confirmation from the store with the order. Then she made it for my group. The entire time she was organized and polite. The customer service was amazing.

Yeah, it's tasty...but they have priced themselves out of consideration. Their 16 piece chicken selection is almost $50. This is unacceptable and they've become just another place I won't patronize.
