“We celebrated my mom's birthday for lunch w/5 people. Our male waiter was great. He was 5 stars. However, while we were eating, another old blond waitress came by to put a salt shaker on our table. I was in the act of spoon feeding my disabled spouse... balancing the food on the fork while trying to put it into his mouth. This rude inconsiderate waitress... reached right in-between me an my spouse and pushed her arm in front of my face to block me while I was reaching over with the fork in my spouses' mouth. I could NOT see him and turned my head to look at her arm as she did NOT say sorry or excuse me. Why couldn't she have gone on the other side of my spouse???? Why couldnt she wait???? THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNACCEPTABLE, & SELFISH. She could have put the salt shaker on the other side of the table. No one asked for the salt shaker... she just decided to interrupt us. I hope the management does something to stop this stupid inconsiderate behavior from poorly trained servers.“

“I stopped in at Yard House and ordered the small chicken salad along with a side of sweet potato fries. The “small” salad was actually quite generous in size — fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful enough to feel like a full meal on its own. It had a good balance of ingredients, with the chicken cooked just right and served in a way that felt both hearty and light.

The sweet potato fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, and they came with a maple syrup dip. That was a first for me, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise — the sweetness of the syrup paired nicely with the savory fries and gave them a unique flavor profile compared to the usual ketchup or aioli.

“Blazin Steaks always has delicious food. The guy at the register has some sort of an attitude but I have been going there for a while so I know it is his personality and not a frustrated employee being forced to work.

Food is good but the atmosphere in the store can be better. They hustle and hustle and sell good food so as a customer I can’t be mad.

Overall it is a good place to grab food and you better get the hell out of the way fast because nobody has time to wait for your slow moving self to move out of the way.

If you are one of those lazy looking fellows who drag their feet and struggle to pick up your knees while walking, man, you gotta wake up, drink an energy drink and hurry the hell up. Got it?

“This is the purpose of Foodland!High steak! It used to be at the food pantry in Waikiki, but I'm a little disappointed that it's been moved here.I went there twice.I received the standard meat-filled 17$ and garlic shrimp and meat set. I had the sauce with teriyaki. After all, it's a budget trip, so I'm grateful for the large amount of food! There is no free water. Two people can eat it and be full.I used to like the blue cheese dressing, but now I don't have it.I didn't understand English at all because it was so fast, but I managed to do it.“
