Incredible food and good portions at a great price. I had the shrimp stir fry and it was cooked perfectly. Tons of fresh, crisp vegetables with just the right about of flavor. We also got the Seared Ahi plate and a Cheeseburger and they were delicious as well. Best Mac salad that I have had in Kauai this trip. We will definitely be coming back before we leave town!

This little food truck oasis is super randomly located in a little cul de sac located deep inside a condo or townhome complex. Don't think you're lost, keep going. There are a couple other trucks parked here too so you got options.
Cheeseburger was better than it had any right to be and the fish stir fry was absolutely delicious and came in a huge portion with all kinds of veggies and an incredible brown sauce over rice. Protein and veg were perfectly cooked. Food came quick. Next time I visit Princeville I'm definitely coming back.

Decent place to eat. Some benches under canopies to wait as well. We did a lot of chicken watching while we waited. We had the katsu chicken and the loco moco. Both were good and at a very good price.

Had the Loco Moco but didn’t take a picture beforehand because it was delicious. Family had the Ahi Katsu and the Taro French Toast, both were also fantastic. Highly recommended 5 stars! Price was also very reasonable.

We came hungry and were not disappointed!! The wahoo katsu was so good!! Crispy and well seasoned. Wahoo has a dense, steak like chew. I ate it all before I thought to take a picture!
