“Always delicious. When I come to Oahu to visit my mom, we always grab 1 or even 2 whole chicken to eat with rice and salad when we get to her home. First tried in 2020, then 2021. Been a while and now fast fwd to 2024, still the same quality and tastiness!“

“Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…“

“Nice crew, but dated facilities. They are using the drive-thru cashier to accommodate customers dining in. It was so hot inside it had no AC, I wanted to eat inside but I just ate outside under the bus stop shade instead it was more cooler. I guess KFC Waianae is for people who drive-thru only, just like any other fast-food restaurants in the area.“

“They don't have a lot of the newly released items available, however they do have a few custom/local items I've never seen offered before. I once ordered a newer item on the app, and after arriving they told me they didn't have it. They were quick to offer me alternatives that were equivalent to the price I paid. Other than not having the item I originally wanted, I was quite pleased with my overall experience!“
