The Dragon Wagon is one of the only food trucks open on base. The owner runs the truck and is a respectful, talkative guy who tells customers about new specials like the chicken plate. Customers can sample the sauce, and there is a great in-house Sauce. The food is great tasting, relatively fast, and comes in great portions. The chicken plate would give the chicken man a run for his money. The “half” hoagie is one sandwich while the “full” is two sandwiches, which was not very clear, but there was no issue. The beef hoagie w/ bbq sauce was great, and adding some vegetables like tomato & lettuce would be a change. The chili dogs have generous portions, and the homemade strawberry lemonade was really good. The steak plate is amazing, and the Mac and cheese was loved. The lobster roll was out, but the keener was very nice and said it would be back the next week, and it was there. The hot Cheetos and cheese hotdog can be made extra spicy at no extra cost. The chili cheese dog, macaroni and cheese, and lemonade were perfect. The food, friendliness, and service are a plus. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
