“I had such a great experience at 2 Mom Kitchen! The meat jun was tender, & flavorful, and the bibimbap was fresh, & colorful. The lady at the counter welcomed me with such kindness. While it’s not a full sit-down restaurant, there’s a small table with three chairs where you can wait comfortably for your order. And the free street parking makes stopping by so easy. I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu.“

“Old school Wahiawa Korean restaurant thats been around seemingly forever thats known for their meat jun. The original owners arent there anymore so maybe thats why the taste is a bit different nowdays. Still good but not like I remember. Service is typical of Korean restaurants.... Gotta flag them down if you want something.

Post covid hours have changed so they close very early now. Been just ordering to go, and as a common rule wherever i go I check my order before I leave🤙A generous 4 stars.“

“Lot of Ono food for the price. It’s more than enough for 3 meals. Meat jun is tasty and soft. Fish Jun is tasty. Got the fish jun without rice and they loaded up the banchan. Friendly service and also met owner June who is so nice. She told me they’re using a 50 year old Dong Yang meat jun recipe. No wonder it’s at the top tier of my meat jun go to places.“

“Ordered the Mahi katsu. Taste delicious, value for cost, excellent. The plate was just under 14 dollars and there were 4 count um 4 full sized pieces of fish. They have many side dishes to choose from as well. If you are a fish lover, this is the plate you've been looking for.“

“My husband and I came there to try the famous giovannis shrimps but heard that the spicy shrimp from this place were very good and rated by famous K-pop singers. Let me tell you, this was 10x better than giovannis, we order two menus and added 5more shrimps each time for just 3$. The best shrimps we’ve ever had!!!!“

“My husband first had their chicken sandwich (aka “Mom’s Chicken Sandwich”) a while ago and kept raving about it. He always orders it when he passes thru Pearlridge. I finally took a bite tonight and all I can say is “WOW!” I ended up eating his other half! It truly is the BEST chicken sandwich we’ve ever had. And yes, we’ve tasted chicken sandwiches in other states. The chicken is crispy (not oily), the veggies & bread is fresh, and the sauce is chef’s kiss! My husband wanted to add that kudos to the owner Steve! He and his staff are always super friendly!“

“I just had my first bulgogi bowl and this did not disappoint! The sauces they offer are delicious (I had the spicy mayo and special sauce)! The service was excellent! I had spilled some of my beef as I was trying to put the lid back on, and the very nice lady kindly replaced what was spilled even though I offered to pay! Excellent customer service! “You can also eat in the store, but they give you food in disposable containers. After ordering, it was so large that I had no choice but to go, so it was convenient for customers. I ordered one serving of the special set and kimchi pancake, and 2 adults and a 3-year-old child ate it together. I packed the leftover rice and side dishes well and was able to eat until breakfast. When you order a dish, you can choose four side dishes, including kimchi, seasoned seaweed, stewed potatoes, japchae, seasoned bean sprouts, seasoned cabbage, etc. All four we chose were delicious and both the ribs and kimchi pancakes were excellent restaurants. It was the most cost-effective and satisfying meal during my trip to Hawaii?“

“I had the garlic shrimp and kalbi plate. It was super delicious and warming. The ladies in the truck were lovely as well, answering my questions, and giving me extra kambi without me asking!

It was full on raining whilst I was getting my food at around 2pm. So I ate my food in the car, but that didn’t bother me much.“

It's a bit small in terms of space when you're trying to seat people and let alone, walk around... or even get up from the seat with the limited space you have to move around. But I'll say that this place is pretty good for a small business, the food tasted good itself. For now, we got the mochiko chicken to start off with because it was a bit more familiar. But we'll be back here to try other foods when we can.“

Staff has recently changed a bit, but because it's still the same friendly service. My go-to is the spicy BBQ pork, but it's all good here and the sides are great too. Plenty of space to park your car or your butt, and located beautiful Mililani.“

I suggest stopping in at lunch time it seems to rarely be crowded. The service was pleasant and helpful. The food was made with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere, well you're in a grocery store food court, the word ambiance doesn't really apply.

“I lived in Korea for six years. It’s hard to find that perfect beef and leaf joint you remember from your Sam gyup sal days in Korea, but this place can do it.#1. The staff is great. I enjoy seeing them every time I go.#2. They have the soju, the Korean beer, the makgeolli.#3 The BBQ is on point, the sides are delicious and the kimchi is always great.If someone doesn’t like this place, then they don’t like real Korean food. “Great quality when it comes to the meat. A lot of variety to pick from and it is reasonably priced. They offer a bunch of different sides with the meal as well. Although there are better restaurants as far as aesthetics goes, I really like this one. This is the only Korean BBQ place I eat at. Fast service and the servers come to your table as soon as they notice you have started cooking all the meat they brought. Highly recommended!
