“Try it...you'll love it!!! It's not big restaurant, but that's what I loved about it and it gave authentic from the front door! Best Mexican food I've had since I got here. On the back of the menu, it says BYOB and my husband said I'll be back...lol! He went right to the drug store and got a 6 pk. We will definitely back!“

“We stopped by on our way back to Honolulu after visiting the North Shore for snorkeling.It was late evening and this place was just about the only place that was open for a quick bite on the way back.The staff was friendly and the food was prepared quick and tasted good.We were in town visiting from Michigan where we do not have Jack in the Box stores so this was a new experience.Burgers tasted fine and the curly fries were real good. Ordered a package deal that also included tacos which were interesting but not my favorite.Place looked clean.The side door facing the parking lot was not open and we almost turned away but the front door was open. We had to direct another couple of people to the front door as we were leaving.“

“Been seeing this on my uber eats offers for weeks and figured why not try this place in person. While finding it in the lot was a tad hard at first this place is worth it and then some. For a legit hole in the wall spot their menu is definitely the most expansive on the island from nachos to postres and drinks. I ended up getting a carne asada fries, California burrito, and a horchata all benchmarks I use to try places. I debated getting fried ice cream too but I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger since the portions were so massive unlike what pictures and prior reviews mentioned that I was full in no time flat. Taste was impeccable with clear separation of ingredients and proper ratios of everything from sauce seasonings and meat. I loved every second of eating it and it used my remainders as extra salsa for my burrito. As for the agua Fresca you almost always can tell if you know what to look for what is a cheap powder Fresca to one that is either done in house to a keg and I was happily impressed it was nicely made and separated again well. Everything came out super fast and the server was quite nice and we even talked the whole time I was there. For value for a place like this looking at the menu not changing its price at all since pre Covid is quite good in these times and worth a stop if not for the food for the people and the nice dessert selection. Move away serges this place is easily #2 arguably #1 on island in my book and will be for you too!“

“Great lil grill with a ton of options. The pork sliders and pork Quesadilla were delicious. Nachos were decent but it says steak nachos and I got ground beef instead. Still tasted good though. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures but good portions. Next time I'm ordering the cheeseburger. I saw someone eating it and it is a fairly thick smash style burger on four Hawaiian rolls.“

“Ive waited for like 10 min. In the drive thru ( around 10:15 pm ) its not that really busy night , but they handed out my food fresh and hot ? thats why i like coming back to this location . I dont mind waiting for too long as long as my food is hot and fresh . ?“

“I had about 30 minutes before my "Me time" appointment to get all girled up with lashes, pedicure and manicure. I figured I stop in and have some breakfast. The manager that serviced me was sweet. The environment was kicked back as I noticed families enjoying each other. I sat on a 4 seater. That's all they had. I invited Father God to sit with me... I got to talk with him. And ate my breakfast... cried inside of all things going on in my life. Changes etc. Towards the end, a girl asked if she could use 2 seats... I said yes. Turned around and it looked like time with her mom and dad... at least I had the chair in front of me... #godsseat... I miss my parents. They both alive. They just chose to not be in my life. Been so long. Thank you Jack in the Box for being available for me to sit, eat and talk with God. God bless your buisness �“

“Drive thru employee was very kind and patient with me. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored.i asked him to please speak louder because I could barely hear and understand him thru the speaker. When I approached the payment/pickup window, I realized the person was the same nice associate taking my order. His name was Jean. I asked him for his name, because I was very pleased with how I was treated. Good job, Jack in the Box, for employing a nice young man!“

I really appreciate his kind and helpful service as well, he really went above and beyond just to ensure I was satisfied even though he was busy.
