“Banh Mi & Boba Cafe is a little hole in the wall type of restaurant. I had the pork Banh Mi, Spring Rolls and a Taro Boba. The Banh Mi was pretty good, a decent serving size and the sandwich tasted pretty fresh. The spring rolls were made from scratch and were awesome.I would come back here for sure to try out the lemongrass chicken.“
“I love Jamba Juice and their customer service. I gave it four stars instead of five because I have ordered boba on different occasions online to find out when picking up my order that they were out and I would be refunded. I am still am waiting on refunds. Other than that, it’s fantastic!“
“We were greeted by two lovely young ladies. We ordered "2" Macha Frappuccino with coconut milk and ube cake. The Macha frap tasted like the Japanese Macha ice cream from Tanaka of Tokyo or from Dave's Ice Cream. The Ube cake was soft and not overpowering in sweetness it was just right. We were greeted as we exited and we enjoyed our refreshing drinks and soft ube cake“
“UPDATED MARCH 2024:I enjoy this place, but I just admit that it is not as good now that I can't pour my own toppings. They have removed their tables in favor of shelves to sell merchandise. While we still enjoy the low prices for Asian snacks, their selection is t much better than the local Walmart. I feel as though their selection used to have a bit more things besides chips and li hing gummies.Still, I enjoy this place as an every once in a while treat. But there are several other treat places that I would choose over this place.I’ve been meaning to try out this place for the last year or so. I started reading what my fellow Yelpers were saying and made a decision to check it out. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! I think I have been here a million times since I first tried it out. I have filled out 2 of their stamp cards and I’m almost done with the 3rd. This place is addicting!I love how I can choose to put whatever I want and however much I want of the “fillings”. You just have to make sure that you do not go over the 1st line, but in my opinion when you fill up to the 1 line it’s already a lot.My favorite combos so far are:-lychee in the lihing smoothie-taro and lychee in the taro coconut smoothie-coffee jelly and Oreo in the mocha smoothieI’ve also tried the honeydew smoothie which tastes just like melona bars, the pineapple smoothie, and fresh lemonades. All were very tasty.I will DEFINITELY be back. Its always a nice treat on a hot day, or a good treat after the little ones are good at Costco, or good because just because you feel like it!“
“Absolutely one of my favorite places. I love all the drinks I've tried so far. The top of my list is the Ube Yogurt with rice, so delicious. I love all the items they sell too...I'm waiting for the transparent sticky notes to return.Give them a try you will not be disappointed.“
“First time stopping in here. Wish I would have stopped a long time ago when they opened. Great atmosphere and awesome service! The ladies working today were great! I had the Vietnamese coffee and my wife had the Mango/kumquat Boba tea. Her tea was amazing and I have never had Vietnamese coffee until now and WOW is all I can say. I will definitely be back every time I stop at Ka'makana Ali'i.“
“Got me a drink for the first time since the business has been open. I really love the U-be love smoothie. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. It's a little crowded in the place, but my drink was amazingly delicious so it made up for the cramped space. By the way, the drink was better outdoor anyway.“
“Just started staying out on the West side (I personally love Wainae), wanted something different, this is one of the best dishes I have had this time around and oh so fresh! I ordered the cucumber salad (medium heat), chicken larb, and the shrimp/pork summer rolls; it tasted as expected onolicious! The owners and staff were so polite and helpful when I asked certain questions. I will be here at least once a week until I leave the island... nice meals for work. It's a local shop, no glitz, no glam but very nice owners and superb food!“
