“Picture is the Pineapple Sky, it's a green tea + juice blend with lychee jelly. It tastes just as yummy as it looks, zero additional sugar added (you choose) and still very sweet. I didn't get a picture, but the other drinks ordered were extra beautiful too. This is a really fun concept and interior, more interesting and engaging in person as compared to photos/videos. Definitely will be back.“

“Small but nice boba shop with interesting menu and flavors. Lots of very modern kid vending machines (sort of claw-type) that have anime toys, candy, and random trinkets. Clean but very limited seating. Appreciate they ask how sweet you want.“

“This is hands down one of the best hangout spots in the area! The atmosphere is adorable, spacious, and versatile~! Perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just relaxing.

The Menu: Massive selection! I tried the Mango Charm and it was fantastic. They even have soufflé pancakes, which is a rare and delicious find.

The Perks: They’ve thought of everything, free 1 hour parking, fast WiFi, and plenty of power outlets. The board games are a lovely touch that makes the space feel so welcoming.

The Service: The staff is incredibly patient and friendly; they really helped me navigate the large menu when I couldn't decide.

“Do not go here. I'm only writing this because they deserve it. I get tired of people that rave about and mob a place that they know nothing of. Equally disgusting are the people (you know who you are) that buy one manini thing and leech off a place for hours; pay for the time you take from these hardworking people and buy something hourly. Also, check attitude at the door, yeah? Excellent place, attention to detail, quality products - are they the bestest? No, but the fact you gotta think about it should say something. B+ to A- easy.“

“It's really five stars but it depends who's working. There's more than one location and the location we go to is usually staffed by the same person. Service is excellent; the products we consume are excellent and the environment is friendly and convivial. We've been to the other place and the difference shows. The person was uninterested as if we were taking up their time; they took our card and when they gave it back to us they didn't stamp any more things on it and we weren't cashing it in for anything either. They didn't seem to care one way or another. This showed in the products which somehow, did not taste as good as at the other place. I can't explain it, yeah? It should make no difference because it's just product but maybe there's more to it that if you don't care you know you just don't make it as well. So, the one on Pensacola, at least in my experience is five stars The one off Pali is barely four.“

I ordered Jasmine Milk Tea @ 50% sweet, and my partner got Lychee Green tea (they only have Lychee black tea on the menu, but they were able to swap to green with no issue).

My jasmine milk tea was lacking in flavor. But my partner's Lychee green tea was fantastic.

I'd rate my drink a 3*, as it was quite plain, but my partner's drink a 5*.

Leaving a 4* as a midpoint for our drinks, and also because I feel the boba could be improved - it was relatively quiet when I got there, so maybe it wasn't fresh, but that doesn't excuse anything.“

“I initially walked to Bishop Square for a different café, but I couldn’t help but notice the delicious smell of Vietnamese food coming from Teapresso! I ordered the BBQ lemongrass chicken Banh Mi & Thai tea and both were delicious!

I have sensitive teeth and so banh mis are always a toss up for me, but their bread had a nice thin crispy layer on the outside and soft on the inside. Super good!

There’s outdoor public seating within Bishop Square that you can sit and enjoy. Easy and convenient location if you work/live in downtown.“

“It was alright. I got the Hojicha Milk Tea with boba at 50% sweet. The hojicha flavor came through nicely, and the bobas were pretty good. The main gripe for me related to the size:price ratio. The “small”size here seems to be approximately equivalent to the “regular” at other boba places, but it’s appears to be a bit smaller than expected while being slightly more expensive than usual. I guess that’s what happens when you get boba in Kahala.“

“They were super chill, the first time I went there I made a joke about coming back with a bag of quarters to pay and they said that would be appreciated.so I come back with 75$ worth of quarters and they counted them and exchanged them for cash and drinks for me and my dad. They delt with my silliness so for that I am grateful.“

I had an issue with an Uber Eats order from this restaurant because Uber support made it seem like the restaurant was responsible for me being charged for my items after canceling my order. I was under the impression that the restaurant had indicated my order was already prepared, which is why Uber wouldn’t refund me. The restaurant owner responded very kindly and explained what happened on their end, and I found out that this was actually an issue with Uber Eats and their cancellation/refund process. I really appreciate the owner taking the time to respond and clear everything up, which is why I’m giving the restaurant 5 stars.“

This is a great place for a mid day, mid week date. It was quiet and not crowded. The noise level was good for a soft conversation. This being said, if you are in a relationship now is the time to slow down have a tea and a pastry and talk about the future.

Some of the nice parts of this place is that it's enclosed, has air conditioning and no birds running around eyeballing your food.(You know what I mean)

The food is good and at a level that will keep you coming back. This pastry is far superior to Liliha bakery, don't go there come here. This food is not as good as Patisserie La Palme D'or. But! It is still worth a visit and a return visit.

The milk tea (classic) with salted cheese sounded odd, but was surprisingly good; it makes it a bit creamier, and not salty at all. “A hidden gem on the campus of University of Hawaii located at the student center. I had low expectations considering that it's on campus but I was pleasantly surprised that the drink was good and reasonably priced.There may be a line depending on what time you come, especially during lunch hours. But the staff were extremely fast and efficient, you could be in and out within 5 mins if you come during off peak times.“

“This is our favorite location. Close to home and everyone so nice. My favorite flavor right now is the Watermelon Breeze. So refreshing and so good. Lots of parking most of the time. My son loves loves loves the strawberry energizer. I usually get the Asai supercharger thick (so think it may break the machine one day 🤣). Come down!“
