Whatever I ordered was delicious, but in Hawaii I couldn't choose the size and it was too big so I ended up leaving it. There weren't many seats inside, so I drank on the bench outside.

This is one of the best bubble teas I have ever experienced. Located on the main floor of the mall this bubble tea spot gets super busy. Lines get very long because their drinks are very popular. The staff quickly takes orders moving the crowd with a steady pace. The menu although a little complicated highlights popular drinks so it's easy to order. Service was friendly and fast, drinks were overpriced for what they are. Basic fruit tea, no toppings $6.75. Had good tea flavor, but nothing special,What is up with their straw situation? I should have read the reviews before going. They give extra straws because they know the straws are junk and break, which they did. Didn't even get in cup before cracking.
