“Went there tonight after dinner for dessert. Although I've lived in Kailua for years, I've never stopped by. The management there is clearly poor. They had one, single, young lady behind the counter, taking live orders, taking payments, taking phone orders and making the waffle cones. Whoever owns this place needs to step up and hire a second person. The reason why the wait is so long is because the shop is understaffed and poorly managed. The girl was fabulous trying to accommodate everybody. I felt terrible and over tipped her. But it's the owners job to staff and pay properly not for customers to compensate her for the superhero job she's doing. I can understand why employees get sour there. The food was great. We all enjoyed our cones. Would definitely go back, but would like to see better management.“
“Love this spot for special after school dates with my kids. They love being able to pour their own ice cream and top it off with all kinds of toppings to enjoy from cereal, to candy, to fresh fruit and syrups. The froyo is self serve so you do everything yourself. They have regular sized cups and large sized cups. I do wish they had a kid sized cup because the regulars are even big for me. You pay by weight so keep that in mind when you're loading up your toppings. They have ample seating at tables or for a more casual feel, they have comfy couches and a nice play area for the kiddos. The owner even came over and put on Kung Fu Panda on the tv for my kids which was a treat. They share a parking lot with neighboring businesses but usually always a spot open.“
“This baskin Robbins had a lot of cakes to choose from and the employee John was great he decorated my cake for son it was fast efficient I think this is a great place to get your ice cake or pies so many choices at this located thank you John for all your help“
“After eating lunch in the food hall, we needed something to cleanse our palates, and matcha seemed like the perfect solution. We got the matcha and vanilla swirl and decided to get it in a cup instead of the cone--I can be clumsy sometimes so the cup seemed to be the safer option haha. The gentleman who took my order was very sweet and the order was ready as soon as I sat down at one of the tables nearby. I loved how the ice cream or soft serve wasn't very sweet, it was the perfect post-lunch dessert. For Waikiki, I thought the price was quite reasonable, so I'd definitely come back to try some of their other items.“
“You guys gotta come down and try this place. You like soft serve ice cream?? This place is the place to be. Got the niu ( coconut) ice cream and the ube cookies and cream. It's soooo good! Definitely a must try!!Parking: Parking is limited so come early. The place/ store opens at 1 pm .“
“This place was bomb! I love how it comes with mochi and fruit. Next time I'll ask for extra mochi. I got a small mint & chocolate. I could have used more chocolate. The lady was really nice. Plenty of space here to eat your dessert for groups of people.“
“Kids wanted dessert after brunch. This a great real fruit topping option spot for shave ice instead of the sugary syrups at all other shave ice stores. It's a tiny little location on a busy street so you have to know where you are going. There's only 1 or 2 workers and the toppings are made fresh so there is a little wait. But it's all worth it in the end to get real fruit and unique toppings.“
“7 Grady is said to have the best gelato in Hawaii!!A group of four girls came all the way from Waikiki to eat this haha. Just as I heard, it was so delicious and better than I could have imagined!!! I think the long walk was 120% worth it. My favorite, in particular, is the black sesame gelatoㅠㅠ I will definitely come back to Hawaii, so I promised to come again then!“
“New location inside Pearlridge by the food court near GNC and Genki. Same great items as their location in Kalihi. I absolutely love their desserts but I crave their soft serve. The vanilla with sprinkles reminds me of getting ice cream from the ice cream trucks as a kid! So happy they have a location close to home!!!“
“Boba shop with a multitude of choices, a claw machine, and merch in the back that adds to the fun of being here.The staff is helpful and friendly and the Bobas we got, Mango Pomelos Sago and Midnight Tea, were delicious. I liked the brulee cheese foam on the Midnight Tea.Definitely coming back here.“
