Serving shaved ice in a drink cup is a bit odd, but it was fine and it worked okay. I had three flavors and they mix together with the tall cup more than in the usual bowl. The texture is among the softest I’ve tried on Oahu. The price is about average, not the most or the least.
The service is great, food is delicious. They have ice cream, shave ice, and boba. Unique flavors including ube, kulolo, honeydew mochi, lychee, Horchata, lihing Mui, guava, taro.They also have a gift shop that has an assortment of trinkets, snorkel gear, boogie board / body board, sunglasses, stickers, hats, shirts, towels, wraps / sarong.

I have heard the Shave Ice is excellent, but I have not had any. I come for Dave's ice cream. Very clean and nice atmosphere. Everyone who works here is very nice and attentive to everyone's needs. I stop quite frequently, even when I am out for a walk to burn off what I just consumed. I really only did that once, to be honest, but it is on my walk route. I definitely recommend Magic Mountain.
