Beautiful location with view and access to the ocean, which is what I’m assuming you’re paying for. There are no servers for your table, so you are expected to get in line for a buffet style dinner. If you’re at the end of the line, your food will be cold as was ours. Also expected to stand in line for any drinks. Scott G. McCoy, Concierge/Marketing Executive, assisted in setting up our Luau for a group of 7, (5 adults, 2 children) of which one adult has severe allergies to fish, nuts, and pineapple. Scott made sure the chef and staff knew of the allergy, and her plate was double checked by staff at the buffet. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time! The setting is beautiful, oceanfront and sunset, the show entertaining and we all enjoyed the buffet.
