“Gigi is a Master Cake Artist with a super fun personality!I chose Ghiselani Designer Wedding Cakes for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary because I loved how elegant and detailed Gigi's cakes are on her website. Once Gigi finished with our cake setup, the beauty of it literally took my breath away and I immediately became teary eyed because all the months of planning- phone conversations and text messages with Gigi that went into designing this cake finally became a reality!I really appreciated how responsive she was with me throughout the design process. I wanted to add on some things to the design a couple weeks prior to our event date and Gigi was very accommodating with that. Her attention to the small details on the cake were beyond spectacular. She surprised us with the center of our teal lilies spray painted with gold!The taste of the cake itself was phenomenal. It was light and very moist and the flavors of each layer was bold and tasted like the real deal. There were actual mango chunks and raspberry seeds in the two filling layers we chose which we loved!I also appreciated the other business referrals Gigi suggested to make this event one to remember. “Small place tucked away on a small side road but huge ono flavors. I am from central maui and had the day off so decided to cruise da country area and decided to stop when I saw this. The name had me thinking pastry automatically. There was a good amount of options to try but I tried the mango berry sconce and apple almond tart.
Wow! I was impressed the sconce had a nice crunchy outside super soft inside made with fresh fruit and the flavor was perfect not super sweet but nice and light. The apple tart is a Lil more sweet and has great textures happening but the more you eat the more you want. I say it is ono and i am definitely not a sweet dessert type of person.
The girl was nice and they have a menu with more than just pastries. Ill bring my visiting ohanas here next time.“

The pizza sauce is actually seasoned compared to your competitors. I’m a greedy foodie, and I have eaten my way around the world. I love the bartender and the lady singing tonight. The bolognese and tiramisu I had a few nights ago was also AMAZING 🤩
