“This location has the best baristas in all of Hawaii. They're very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and sometimes even write positive notes on your cups. . I love you all and I will miss you all terribly. Thank you for being my favorite people in Maui. I'm going to miss you Shayde, Amethyst, Hayden and Susana. ??? ❤️??“
“This Starbucks store ticked all the boxes.
1) Excellent and quick customer service. I ordered in store and my order was delivered with no delays.
2) Restroom was neat and clean.
3) Plenty of parking available. Easy access to this store on Hwy 30.
4) Store was clean with ample seating options.
5) Barista/Cashier was friendly and answered my questions with patience.
6) Drive Through is available (but I did not use it)

“I am a lifelong Starbucks consumer. I’ve gone to more of its locations around the world than I can count. My boyfriend and I are at the drive thru every morning just after they open, while it’s still dark out. Our drinks are always good, of course, but what sets this location apart from all of the others is the customer service. They are always welcoming, friendly, know your favorite drinks, and just in general are exceptional at attracting and keeping happy customers. I honestly think, as a former restaurant owner, that they should be the gold standard. Just drive by this location and you will see that there is ALWAYS a long line of cars! Kudos to all of the wonderful Starbucks staff at the Wailuku location!“
