Stop by this evening around 5 o'clock by far the worst service ever. Workers made me and a bunch of other customers wait about 15 minutes while they were talking stories and messing around on the register instead of tell us to hold on they just kept looking at us and continue talking stories. On top of that the veggie container was empty. Instead of go get more veggies to put on my sandwich she was grabbing whatever she could scrape up from the container which was barely anything. I'm not even lying. I got like two pieces of spinach on my sandwich tiny little broken up pieces of onions and bell peppers, barely even anything. Like WTF??

I ordered virtually on their website. I ordered a FootLong White Bread Tuna Sandwich, I added pickles, pepper Jack cheese, tomatoes, spinach, onions, mustard and pepper. I also ordered 3 cookies. When I went to go pick it up, I got home and opened up my sandwich. I realized that it was completely off! I received a FootLong White Bread Tuna with American White Cheese, Lettuce, and Pepper. That’s it! I paid over $15 for a sandwich to realize that I could of went behind the counter and did it by myself; for half of the price. I opened up my sandwich and there was multiple hairs! I forgot to mention that the workers seem like they are in hell! So rude and unprofessional. By the way, my cookies were burnt, not even edible. I tipped 10% and I do not wanna know how my food would look if I did a zero tip! Never ordering from them again!

I highly recommend ordering online and then picking up at this location, due to very limited parking. The process is easy and your order is ready on time, plus you can take advantage of their online bogo deals and earn tokens for $ off future purchases. Don't forget to ask for napkins, utensils, and side sauces because they tend to forget that in your pick up package.

I came at nearly closing time. Everything looked like they were set up for tomorrow. I felt a bit like I was imposing. Wrong! The two behind the counter encouraged me to order and even made me feel comfortable enough to dine in. That's a rare customer serviceattitude
I enjoy this location frequently. To personalize the experience the quality of the food as well as focusing on precision sandwich art has improved. I really appreciate everyone who is making a difference here.

Drinks and pasta was great! Friendly service, but it was very busy with all things Covid calming down so they were swamped which caused some delays in getting our orders on time, but the service was gracious and apologetic.

2/3 times ive been here they got my order-pickup wrong. I paid extra for some things and they didn't give it to me. almost $6 extra and none of it was on my 2 sandwiches. idk if they're not reading the order or just refusing to put it on at this point.
