“My girlfriend and I were looking around Wailuku to find a place to eat lunch. We came across Linda’s Kitchen and wanted to check it out. We gotten the potatoes with poblano and the chicken fajitas plate lunch, and let me tell u! It was the best tacos and fajitas we’ve ever had!!! Definitely recommend with sour cream and cojita’s cheese! We love how the workers had such a beautiful smile on their faces when serving us. Recommend this spot to tourist that’s craving authentic Mexican food!! For sure coming back again :)))

Vegetarian options: My girlfriend and I shared the potatoes and roasted poblano peppers just to switch up the way we eat and let me tell u. It was the best tacos we both ever had considering it’s a VEGETARIAN TACO! WHAATTT! All the vegetarians out there should definitely check it out! Coming out here again.“

“I don’t go to this place to eat. I cook at home. Because I belong to groups & clubs that meet at different places. I happen to go to this one on the corner of lower main st And Waiehu beach rd. In Wailuku / Waiehu. This place was clean a lot of seating available. We ordered drinks to find out they no longer carry the raspberry tea. So I ordered ice coffee. For our meeting, while ordering that their was a new item Being advertised so I asked for samples and the counter woman asked the manager if they do give samples so she said yes so she let a sample of the three items that they were advertising I thought that was really generous. Much later she came to see if we were happy with the samples. The ladies were satisfied with it . I feel comfortable in having future meeting here at this place. The work crew were very friendly. “The food was great for a fast food restaurant. The atmosphere was reasonably okay, and the place was relatively clean. Access to the bathroom required a key from the front desk, which is unusual for me as a visitor here in Hawaii. Typically, fast food restaurant in my home city in Wisconsin do not have their bathrooms locked during business hours.“

“I’ve been to JIB all over the US. With Bacon & Cheddar Potato Wedges being the culinary highlight of the menu, I tend use them as the “bar” to which I measure the quality of my order. After visiting the JIB in Kihei, that bar has been raised. Today’s order was one of the most magnificent I’ve seen in years. The wedges had 100% coverage of cheese and a perfect bacon layer. Truly delectable! The breakfast jacks were also excellent. Hats off to JIB in Kihei! I would still love to see a return of the Colossus Burger. #bringbackcolossus“
