My family decided to try this place after seeing good reviews while we were nearby. Unfortunately, the restaurant felt old and not very clean. Since they serve raw fish, the warm indoor temperature made me uncomfortable.

We ordered a poke bowl and shoyu chicken. The fish in the poke bowl looked dark, was cut very roughly, and didn’t taste fresh. The texture was not good either. The shoyu chicken had an unusual, overly strong ginger flavor that we didn’t enjoy.

I usually take photos when the food looks good, but this time I didn’t even want to. Now I regret not taking one for this review.

I would not recommend this place at all. Honestly, I question the other 5-star reviews.

Great service and incredible poke! Seasoning was great and quality was noticeably fresh. We were offered samples of each poke flavour as well, and the french toast was delicious!

I barely or almost never posted the reviews. Just randomly found this place on Google map and failed in love! One of the best pokes my husband and I had. I love my mixed salad. My husband got the plate with 3 choices of poke. The staff was super friendly. The moment we walked in we knew it would be good! We love support the locals. Visiting Oahu for a week and definitely will come back to this hidden gem!

Place is a tourist trap. Pretty sure the other reviews are either fake or incentivised to leave a 5 star review. We came here because of the great reviews. Showed up early, ordered early and then a tour bus came and they served everyone else before us. Chicken was dry, tuna looked old and grey and when we asked for our food they didn’t seem to care. Was actually the worst poke I’ve had on the island. Not good.

Recently visited this place together with my family. Of all poke places on the Island, I’d say Waimanalo Poke Stop was the best. Food was great, and the owner was super friendly. Would love to visit again on my next trip to Hawaii.

Ordered the poke spring mix salad. It was one. Delicious mix of vegetables and fish, along with the salt in the limu style seasoning.
