L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is a hidden gem serving delicious local comfort food. The food is amazing, with huge portion sizes that are generous enough to save some for later. Popular meals include the pork and cabbage comboed with garlic shrimp with rice and Mac salad, garlic shrimp, kalua pork, Seafood Combo, and Rib Combo. The garlic shrimp is juicy and packed with garlic. The service is quick, friendly, and great, with sweet people and a warm aloha spirit. It is a kind of a hole in the wall place, but the flavors are amazing. The food is good, pretty cheap, and filling. It may not look like much from the outside, but it is definitely worth eating at. Some note that new owners have taken over. The restaurant is friendly and clean, but the flavor is a bit different. The gravy was different from other L&L's. It is hoped the food taste gets back to how it used to be. They also serve Loco Moco and breakfast all day.
