“Delicious!! Stopped by after SUP-ing with Kailua Beach Adventure. Loved the teriyaki beef and garlic shrimp plate. It was shareable between 2 adults for a lighter lunch. Price also reasonable. Recommend if you’re nearby and need a quick lunch.“

“Don’t frequent this place because I don’t live in the area. Got a barbecue cheeseburger deluxe, fries, and a can of Coke for less than 15 bucks. Burger was good. Fresh bun, fresh veggies. The fries were hot and crispy and not greasy. I was very satisfied.
Dining area was small, but bright and cool. Other people were eating big breakfast combos that looks good. I’ll I’ll definitely go back if I’m in the area. I remember I got a late lunch with barbecue beef there before. That was good too.“

“Was starving after spending the day at Lanikai Beach. Always great food at L&L. You really can't go wrong. I had the seafood platter with the bbq chicken and it was perfect. Cant wait to come back to Oahu again and stop by here to complete a perfect day at the beach. ALOHA!“

“Service with a smile. Tasty ribs for the soul. Oh yea, the beans were superb! Bozie Jones BarBQ is located on South King Street across the street from St Mary’s Episcoplal -the church with the huge red cross on the front. Bozie is opened 12noon to 6pm, Thursday through Sunday. Yum yum eat em up!“

“My boyfriend (Drew) and I picked up dinner here last night and the BBQ beef sandwhich was amazing!!! We love how the spice of the sauce wasn't too spicy. The pickled daikon and carrots complimented the spice and the beef was cooked to perfection.
We were very surprised by the mung bean tapioca pudding. We were not expecting to like it. Overall, it was not too sweet and had a good flavor to compliment the BBQ Beef sandwhich.

“Excellent experiences at BBQ town. They star of the show for us were the Teri beef burgers. Such an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Also pictured on another occasion was the short rib mini plate which as you can see is enough for at least one meal if not two. I called ahead for both our orders and picked up. The staff is super friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend visiting!“

“If you’re in Waikiki and looking for a good Korean meal without spending Waikiki prices, definitely check out Topped!
They have a lunch special every day from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., where you can choose either the bulgogi or spicy pork bowl for only $9.99. In Waikiki, finding a filling meal for under $10 is already a win! 😂 The meat had plenty of flavor, the portions were good, and it’s one of those easy spots when you just want something tasty without doing a full sit-down restaurant.
The service was friendly and quick, which is perfect when you’re grabbing lunch or just want something fast while walking around Waikiki.
The atmosphere is very casual since it’s more of a Korean food stand than a traditional restaurant. Nothing fancy, but that’s part of the charm—you order your food, grab a seat, and enjoy. Great little hidden option for locals or visitors looking for affordable Korean food in Waikiki.

“I’m so happy someone recommended this location. My first place I went to was in Honolulu at Walmart. L&L and food was dry and burnt and very small portion when i orded regulat not micro.
This location was so delicious and cooked perfectly and great portion size. The macaroni salad was the best I’ve had in Hawaii. I have to say they did the next home job.“

“Holy cow this place needs to be on the map for everyone to try!!! The char siu with the roasted pork combo is the BEST! The pork was so juicy and crunchy. The char siu hit the spot. My husband and I have traveled to quite a few places and never have we been to a restaurant and have had both char siu and roasted pork so flavorful. The only thing we regretted was not visiting this place again before leaving Hawaii. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! Keep up the good work New char siu house you guess are making great things happen!!!“

“We saw this place food truck place on Instagram and noticed, so we decided to check it out. Let me just say, wow. This place is amazing.
We tried the Bonito Smash Plate, which is basically an everything platter, and it easily fed three of us with extra to take home. Everything was so good. Even for a food truck lot, the whole place had a great vibe, the staff was super friendly, and the food really hit the spot.
The go-to move is the garlic shrimp with extra sauce on the rice. Honestly, that combo alone is worth the trip. We also tried the BBQ chicken, smoked meat, and kalbi, and everything was packed with flavor.
Highly recommend this place. Great food, great people, and definitely worth going out of your way for.“

“If you’re looking for an authentic Korean restaurant in Oahu, Hawaii, this is the place! It’s located in the heart of Honolulu and is run and staffed by Koreans. Inside, it feels like a real Korean restaurant in Korea—the atmosphere is very genuine.
The food tastes great, and the portions are big enough. They soup I had was bit salty. Other than that it was great.
They are just like in Korea. They even serve poke as one of their side dishes! That was awesome and definitely a unique touch.
Tips start at 18%. It has a limited parking spots even though free. I would say this is one of the best Korean restaurants in Hawaii. Highly recommended!“

“We ordered the Kalua Pork and Loco Moco around 5 PM today, and whoever was cooking deserves some serious recognition!
First off, the presentation was amazing, and the portions were so generous! One thing I really appreciated was how nicely the cabbage was cut for the Kalua Pork. Sometimes at other L&L locations, you get those big, uneven chunks of cabbage, but this location clearly took the time to prepare everything with care. It’s the little details like that that make such a difference!
The flavor of BOTH dishes was incredible! Sometimes when ordering Kalua Pork from other places, it can taste a little watery or bland, but that was definitely NOT the case here! The Kalua Pork was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious!
The Loco Moco was just as amazing! The meat was incredibly juicy, the gravy was rich and flavorful, and they gave us the perfect amount of it. Nothing was lacking in flavor, and you could genuinely taste the care that went into preparing both meals!
I honestly wish I had taken a picture of the presentation because everything looked so good, but the food was so delicious that it disappeared before I even thought about taking one!
Huge props to the cook and the entire team working this evening! It’s refreshing to receive food that’s not only generously portioned but also beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell when someone takes pride in what they’re serving.
