“Ate there today.. best BBQ pork I’ve had here on Oahu. Hawaiian sauce was wonderful and baked beans were simmered with tiny pieces of jalapeños, had a slight delicious kick. Wedge salad… heavenly. i“

“If you're looking for some roast pork, chicken or duck come here. It's a pick up and go place so don't expect a place to sit unless you find some outside in the plaza. If you're looking for simple, great tasting roasted meat on rice or crispy noodles this is the place. It's simple and delicious. The menu isn't extensive. Other than those roasted meats there's also ginger chicken that I particular love.

The cost of the food here is a great value as well. Each plate I got was enough to feed 2 or 3 people. I would recommend getting a mix of the meats and share. It was all good.“

“We ordered Deep Fried Fish Fillet and a Ham and Egg Sandwich and it was excellent!!! However, we also ordered a Double BBQ Cheeseburger (Deluxe) and the meat was disgusting! It did not taste like hamburger meat and I have no idea what type of meat they used! I was so disappointed 😞“

“Was a nice change of scene. Celebrated Alex 10th Birthday per his request. Most of our family is tall, at the end of the round of golf 2 peoples back were sore from bending down a lot lol.
Also, felt pressured with people behind us being that we were a party of 6, but couples and families were nice enough to skip the hole and go ahead of us.

The owner was so nice. He gave my sisters and I complementary mango drinks which were so fresh, real and delicious. Support this awesome business!“

“Being from Texas, Brisket is a food group. The brisket was really good and just fell apart. The homemade sausage was good as well. Actually everything we order was great.

They were not selfish on the shaved ice! Definitely get one. Four can easily share it.

The service and hospitality were excellent.

“Food is surprisingly delicious for this place. My wife ordered the BBQ chicken and I got the bbq short rib. The portion sizes are huge, a mini is more than enough for one person. The chicken is juicy and incredibly flavorful and same for the short rib. The macaroni salad was also so good! My wife hates mayo and she loved it. The service was pretty meh, not bad not good, and atmosphere is close to a fast food joint. Overall if you’re looking for quick good food at a good price, this spot is for you.“

“I actually went here to get a club fixed at Asao Golf which located at Newtown Driving Range. It was my first time setting foot in this pro shop and let me tell you, it may be small but it's stocked full of great high end golf equipment. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they are very passionate about the work that they do. So if you're in need of repairs or new equipment definitely give this place a look.“

More than the typical burgers and fries, but they still have the goods for the “I’ll just have the chicken tenders” people.

Order at the window. Pay. Take a buzzer. Sit. Your buzzer buzzes. Retrieve your food. Eat. Throw away trash.

The pork tacos are good. Pork nachos are good and the chicken tenders are exactly what you expect. Good fries. Pineapple was just ok.

Not cheap, but all in all it’s available.“
