Not a bad food truck when it's in a museum. Jake's is just outside the bowfin submarine museum at Pearl harbor.
The food is great by park standards.
More than the typical burgers and fries, but they still have the goods for the “I’ll just have the chicken tenders” people.
Order at the window. Pay. Take a buzzer. Sit. Your buzzer buzzes. Retrieve your food. Eat. Throw away trash.
The pork tacos are good. Pork nachos are good and the chicken tenders are exactly what you expect. Good fries. Pineapple was just ok.

Decent food considering where you are. We had the BBQ Chicken Plate which was okay with the Chicken being pretty tough and the rice being mushy. However, the pulled pork tacos were pretty decent with a good sauce and flavour.
Jake's Food Truck is a permanent food truck located at the Bowfin submarine. The truck offers a variety of options, including the OUTSRANDING Bowfin burger, which features an Angus beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, crispy onion rings, rosemary aioli, and coleslaw. Customers can order and pick up their food from the truck or have it delivered to the other side of the fence. The truck has a buzzer notification system for when food is ready. Seating is outdoor, under the patio of the museum building. While it can get busy, the service is generally fast, and the food is plentiful and delicious.
