This place really does deserve it's name, after eating here it quickly became number 1 in my heart.
Friendly service and delicious food. Building inside and out is a little run down, but you're not there for the looks of the place your there for the delicious affordable cuisine. These people know how to make Chinese food.“

“Waianae may have a limited number of really good food options—like BBQ Kai, Saito & Pho, and the Thai food truck in Mākaha—but Waianae Korean BBQ is one of those hidden gems ?. Shhh, don’t tell anyone; I don’t want the line to get longer! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere has a laid-back vibe. I usually order the meat jun without rice, which lets me choose 6 sides instead of just 4. Highly recommend!“

“Great place for a quick meal. Outdoor seating. Food was good! I'm not used to Hawaiian barbecue but I could definitely learn to love it. This place is definitely worth checking out. The portions were huge. I had enough leftover for a midnight fridge raid.“

“This L & L BBQ is one of the many L & L " I LOVE ". Located in Nanakuli Shopping Cntr. Compared to other L & L restaurant, food is excellent. Portions are perfect even the mini size is plenty enough to share between two people. Come try them out.“

“The portions here are HUGE! The kalbi combo is a steal and the marinade is amazing.
We ended up eating here three times during our five day trip in Ko Olina.
A mini size was perfect for me (2 kalbi ribs with rice and two sides). My husband did well with the regular (3 kalbi ribs with rice and four sides). You can also buy more side dishes.
Everything tasted super fresh and delicious.
P.S., my husband couldn’t stop man crushing on the cook/owner? He looks like a Korean actor!“

“I had to try Dickey’s BBQ pulled pork after seeing it was ranked the best pulled pork sandwich in the country by Eat This, Not That — and wow, they weren’t kidding. The meat was super tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The sauce hit perfectly, and the bun held up like a champ. Totally lived up to the hype. I’m already planning my next trip back“

“Inasal chicken was so good. We were on the big island last week and I wanted some huli huli chicken but there was none. Came to Oahu and we could smell something grilling that was so good from the parking lot. Ordered the inasal chicken and noodles and both were delicious smokey goodness.“

“Like many other L&Ls the restaurant does look a little out of shape and run down but don’t let that fool you from coming. You will get fast service and very reasonably priced yummy food that’s packed full of flavor and handled by nice staff. It’s great to visit family in Hawaii once a year and go back to your favorites. And this place totally delivers in quality and flavor.
Parking: Be patient and you will have a parking spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Level door and plenty of space for a wheel chair.“

“Huge Portions! You could tell that this was a family run restaurant which we were really happy to support. We tried a lot of of the different menu items, including the steak and chicken combo, musubi, and orange chicken. All of their food was delicious and the portions again were humongous. We probably could’ve fed our family of four with two entrée items.“

“I stopped by while passing the area and bought Kalua Pork Cabbage plate for $15.65 tax included and wow, they gate me a big portion. It was good too with great service. The eating area right outside the restaurant was very nice. I am glad I stopped by.“

I am a loyal customer and this is my spot when I get hungry. Prices did the increase very little. Food is still great as always. Portions are still same. Fast worker.“
