Probably my favorite place we ate when we visited the Big Island. The chicken was super moist and had amazing BBQ flavor, as was the beef and pork ribs. I'd say the likely star of the show was their butter mochi! There may be a long line here but don't pass it up they move fast and have very efficient service.
I was extremely impressed with this chicken. Super moist and the smoke flavor is just right. I paired it with GJ's homemade recipe vinegar sauce and I would put it right there with the best bbq / smokehouses in the Kentucky Tennessee area. Did I mention the banana lumpias where amazing.
