“Kahlua pork-yum! Korean pork-yum! Teriyaki beef-yum! Spam siemen-yum! Everything was pretty good. Even though the kahlua pork was good, I kept wanting a sauce to have with it. The one thing I didn't enjoy was the amc salad because there was just too much mayo for me. Not all hawaiian macaroni is the same, and this was a little heavy. The fries were crinkle fries, nothing special. You shared a tray with condiments on it with the rest of the restaurant. There were windows everywhere, so you could really enjoy the view.“
“April and the rest of the staff was super friendly, the food delicious (and quick), and the portions bigger than the island itself. I have to mention the sausages specifically, the batch we had was one of the best I have ever had.100% worth the wait.“
“We have to give it a 5*, Amazing food & atmosphere that was supported by great service. Extremely expensive...even for Hawaii. Try the fried rice as a shareable and the Tataki beef appetizer. Sunset views on the beach. Amazing property. If you are willing spend the equivalent of one night's lodging...it's a must dine.“
“Five stars for Napua at Mauna Lani Beach Club! Initially, I was a tad hesitant due to the limited lunch menu, but any reservations quickly dissipated with the first bite. The quality of everything we ordered was absolutely superb, with each dish beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. What truly sets Napua apart, though, is its unbeatable beachside setting. Dining with the sound of waves gently breaking in the background and a panoramic view of the ocean was an experience in itself. While parking can be a bit tricky, the effort to find a spot is a small price to pay for the incredible atmosphere and exceptional dining experience that awaits. Napua has masterfully combined high-quality cuisine with a breathtaking location, making it a must-visit destination for anyone looking to indulge in the best of Hawaii's natural beauty and culinary excellence.“
“An absolutely amazing roadside find featuring open fired chicken, ribs, lumpia and more.We stumbled across this small town gem while just passing by on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was easy, the guys running the stand were helpful and chatty, and the food was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting local huli chicken and sides!Love the grass side to grab a seat and eat too! Beautiful surroundings.Pro tip: The combo plate has it all! Worth the $20. And easily enough to share between 2.“
“We got there right when they opened and lined came in through... that's when you know it's good. It's been awhile since I was here but I was craving meat Jun (#1) so badly !If you're k-pop fans they were jamming some kpop.If you dine in there are a few tables to eat at! You have to bus your own tables, they have the dish station in the front to the left. They had the daily bread in Korean which was cool to just see something in Korean. The menu is so nicely written out, and it's in both English AND Korean which is cool to see.The staff is busy, but patient with all of us.3 veggies! Faves are jap chae, seaweed, bean sprouts.Parking: It's a mini outdoor shopping complex, so with a multitude of businesses depending on the time it could be crowded or you'll have to go around a few times to find a spot.“
“Best place for cocktails and delicious food in a casually elegant welcoming environment. Great people, delicious food, a beautiful wine list, and tasty cocktails. It my favourite Waimea happy hour and dinner spot. Love the people who make it happen!“
“We were recently on the island and were looking for a place to stop for lunch. Saw the sign on the side of the road and decided to take a chance. As voted by our family of 4 it was the best place we ate on our whole trip. DO NOT miss stopping here for food!!! The lady that took our order and brought it to us was amazing! The service was fast. The food was mouth watering! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!“
“This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is too-notch!! I had the BBQ beef plate. It was delicious!!! The thin-cut meat was SO flavorful and it was cooked perfectly! The mac salad was creamy and delicious as well.My husband had the seafood combo plate with shrimp and fish. He also chose BBQ chicken for the non-seafood portion of his meal. The shrimp was hot and crunchy. The chicken was tender. And the fish was moist and meaty. We’ve been on the island for a week now. This is, by far, the best place we’ve eaten.“
“I'm legitimately mad because I ate this on my first day of six and I know I'm not going to find any food better on the island. It's a shame they are only open on Saturdays, because I'd go back every day.My journey in life is now to find something as good as the chicken, pipi, and pork belly.“
“I was so lucky to be able to travel to Hawaii for my very first time last week. I met some friends there who have been there countless times already so they are the ones who found and reserved this Luau for all of us to do together. I am not sure exactly what I expected but I was excited, nonetheless. There was absolutely nothing lackluster about it! The pageantry was detailed and well-performed. Everything was rich with the culture and history of Hawaii. I learned so much! The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful.“
“Biggest mistake I made on this vacation was waiting until our last day to come here. I seriously would have wanted to dine here at least 3 more times. Every dish was fantastic and fresh. The beet salad for some reason was my favorite. We ordered all of the desserts and shared and argued about which one was best.“
