“My husband and I stayed several days for his 50th birthday. Surprise to us at check-in they had upgraded our room to an oceanfront room.., completely complimentary. I enjoyed my Ironman and my husband enjoyed a modified Silverback. We were so glad we stumbled upon this place on our way back from the canyon to na Pali overlooks.“

“Delicious! The best Kalbi ribs I’ve eaten in Hawaii and beyond. They know what they are doing in the kitchen here. I recommend the Kalbi and the meat jun. we also had an incredible side dish made with a local vegetable. One of our best meals!“

“Totally awesome authentic burger place. My only regret was not ordering another burger. My sister had the Surf Burger and I had the Hi-Heat. On the drive back to our hotel, we just randomly kept saying what a great burger those were. Honestly surprised we didn’t turn around and go back for more.“

“Good place for dinner after a day exploring Waimea Canyon. We ordered a veggie pizza for take out. The pizza was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed it.
However, we asked to 'substitute' a few toppings but were charged for 'substitutes' as 'extra toppings'. One pizza cost us $45+ tips. So, we paid for the toppings we never had on our pizza too. in this regard, make sure you check before paying.“

“Kawika was an amazing bartender/server. He kept our drinks full, kept us laughing, and was super attentive. He described the lobster fried rice and made it sound so good that we decided to order it. “Excellent experience. Food and service were top notch. We ordered the lamb, the filet, scallops salad and indulged in various crudo appetizers. Everything was plated beautifully and received very attentive service from Michael and crew. The wine pairing was perfect and will look to their recommendations in the future. We will be back!“

“This restaurant at the Fairmont is perfect for a romantic dinner. You'll have a front row seat for a spectacular sunset and upscale vegan fare. They offer a separate small vegan menu with appetizers and 2 dessert options. Vegan options are limited but I ordered the tempura tofu and it was stellar.“

“For our final evening of our 9 day vacation on the Big Island we chose Manta at Mauna Kea to dine. What a treat. Jessica was our server and she did great. The ambiance and food quality was top notch. The craft cocktails were the best that we had while on the island.“
