Some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life—my goodness! Chief Soto is absolutely incredible. The filet mignon was hands down the best filet mignon I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

The food is fabulous. However, was sad to see the gazpacho taken off the menu. Loved the Spanish themed menu last Saturday and looking forward to the Italian special menu this month.
I’m usually skeptical of hotel restaurants, but this one is top notch. We got the catch of the day (branzino), the crudo, and the Caesar salad. The crudo was delicious and flavorful, topped with small bits of melon and sauce that didn’t overpower the fish.
The branzino was perfectly cooked, with a crispy skin and tender, flaky meat. The Caesar salad was delicious, with good balance of flavor to portion size, with the exception of the shrimp ($8 each, ouch)....read full review
