Excellent experience. Food and service were top notch. We ordered the lamb, the filet, scallops salad and indulged in various crudo appetizers. Everything was plated beautifully and received very attentive service from Michael and crew. The wine pairing was perfect and will look to their recommendations in the future. We will be back!
Beautiful ambience and cocktails! Quality of our entrees was more mixed, especially for the cost. Included a photo of dessert menu as we couldn’t find it online anywhere. Overall, a beautiful spot for the sunset.
This restaurant is amazing. It’s a hidden gem of the Westin Hapuna. they have incredible Greek inspired dishes and appeared to change the menu frequently being that we went twice in one week. Our server Toni was just fantastic. she was honest in all of her recommendations and absolutely correct on all of them. She genuinely had our experience in mind in every interaction. Also, the views from this restaurant are out of this world, especially at sunset.

Standout dishes include bacon dates, frito misto, shish kebabs, and chiquillos. Guests have praised the great service, noting that servers are friendly but not intrusive, providing helpful advice on food and drink selections. Chef Soto's magic is evident in every dish, making the food truly exceptional. The restaurant is a beautiful, intimate space with a glorious view of Hapuna Beach. The Meridia team is kind in helping curate meals, and the homemade pasta and seabass dishes are highlights. Many guests find it to be the best meal they have had on the island. While some enjoy an energetic server experience, others may prefer a quieter, more intimate dinner. Overall, Meridia is a lovely dining experience with tasteful fare and an extensive wine list that enhances the visit.
