“Overall the experience was great. It's hard to beat the view and the service was top notch. There was a ton of hype around the food and a few dishes were tasty but our main entree fell flat. Our favorite dishes were the red buttered crab and the waygu hangar steak. I could swim in the red buttered crab. The Maui fish of the day was dry and the octopus dish was a bit disappointing. The sauce was so sour. It was a lemon vinaigrette but it had a few too many squeezes of lemon. The additional greenery is not necessary and takes away from the octopus. The main entree was overcooked. Overall, we really did enjoy our experience. The ambiance, view and service made it!“

“The menu has changed. Pasta items are no longer available, but several new appetizers and 'fold' Za'Co sandwiches. The new appetizers looked very good and our (new) Italian was great. “We were recommended this place by a local, and it was worth it. The place was really welcoming. My wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and I ordered a Bistro Burger. I would say that the meat could have used a little more flavors. I really liked the fries that we ordered as side. The servers were really nice, and welcoming even though the place was packed. Overall, It was a nice and I would recommend people to give it a go.“

We weren’t disappointed. I had my fill of smoked salmon, ahi poke, bacon, and eggs benny (all buffet so that was a plus). Kiddos had everything and the wife really enjoyed the atmosphere. Not stuffy, great staff (Venus was our server) and the kamaaina was a plus. Coming back again.“

“I have a gluten allergy. I put it in the notes and they provided a gluten free roll. The food was served family style in large bowls at the table. The server pointed out the very few foods that were unsafe. I had lots of options and the food tasted great.

They put on a nice show. We parked at the shipping center on the main road right in front of the Marriott. Park at the back of the lot and walk out the back entrance. It is a short walk from the lobby to the setting. Give yourself about 15 minutes from the parking lot.

“Upon arriving to the Fairmont Kea Lani after a long 9 hour flight, we were able to get a quick pizza that we brought up to our room to eat. Stopped in to get ice cream one night. I got the banana bread sundae and my fiancé got the chocolate Oreo shake. Both delicious. The store also had coffee, teas, and typical gift shop items. Everything of course is super expensive but what else would you expect. Overall recommend.“

“The pulled pork buns and macaroni salad (didn’t know that was included) were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Price is right and the food is fresh and delicious. I spoke to the owner and she said the sauce is homemade and the pork is their specialty. I can’t recommend highly enough.“
