“Great place to stop on the way back from a long day at the he beach.“

“Overall the experience was great. It's hard to beat the view and the service was top notch. There was a ton of hype around the food and a few dishes were tasty but our main entree fell flat. Our favorite dishes were the red buttered crab and the waygu hangar steak. I could swim in the red buttered crab. The Maui fish of the day was dry and the octopus dish was a bit disappointing. The sauce was so sour. It was a lemon vinaigrette but it had a few too many squeezes of lemon. The additional greenery is not necessary and takes away from the octopus. The main entree was overcooked. Overall, we really did enjoy our experience. The ambiance, view and service made it!“

“We had an amazing time at this restaurant celebrating our engagement. The food was so good, we especially loved the octopus and we both really enjoyed our entrees we had the scallops and mahi mahi. I also want to point out that our service was absolutely top notch! Simona was our waitress for the evening, and she was so friendly, sweet, and personable, that it made the experience a 10/10. She made sure to congratulate us multiple times and make the night feel so special for us- definitely recommend sitting in her section if she is working.“

“We were recommended this place by a local, and it was worth it. The place was really welcoming. My wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and I ordered a Bistro Burger. I would say that the meat could have used a little more flavors. I really liked the fries that we ordered as side. The servers were really nice, and welcoming even though the place was packed. Overall, It was a nice and I would recommend people to give it a go.“

“Da Kitchen is our first stop when we arrive in Maui and our last stop before heading home. The food is out of this world good, especially the Kalbi noodles. We had the chicken katsu, kalbi noodles, spam musubi, and potato mac salad - all were tasty! The service is great for it being a more casual spot. Highly recommend!“

“ambiance is a 10/10 and super friendly service but food was not amazing. especially if vegan or vegetarian the prices are absolutely ridiculous for the portion sizes and taste. i for the yaki udon and it was $37 for being undlableful and mid :( they asked if i wanted tofu and added an extra $10 which IS ABSURD (did not know it was extra so that was not cool). overall vibes were immaculate but not worth the price at all i fear. my drink and food came to $86“

“The fish tacos are hands down so delicious. Mango salsa takes it to a whole different level. The flavors were so so good this coming from my mom who loves to eat fish tacos everywhere she can. She said it's in her top 2 choices of fish tacos. I had the mahi mahi grilled with lemon butter and white rice it was delicious as well but next time I'm getting the fish tacos.“

“We used the swim-up bar to enjoy some cocktails. I wanted to give a shout-out to the lady and man bartenders working on Friday, Dec 12 evening who was really nice, warm and friendly. Sorry I didn't get their names. They kept the snack mix refilled and created a funny, warm atmosphere.“

“Staff is great, never had a bad experience. Food is really good, mahalo to the cooks, it's a what you pay for situation and it's a lot better than what would be considered acceptable and the price is right. There's indoor and outdoor seating and it's in beautiful kihei so no complaints. Keep in mind, not all L & L's are created equal and we have the best food of all the ones on the island here in kihei.“

“I have a gluten allergy. I put it in the notes and they provided a gluten free roll. The food was served family style in large bowls at the table. The server pointed out the very few foods that were unsafe. I had lots of options and the food tasted great.

They put on a nice show. We parked at the shipping center on the main road right in front of the Marriott. Park at the back of the lot and walk out the back entrance. It is a short walk from the lobby to the setting. Give yourself about 15 minutes from the parking lot.

The food and drinks are unlimited. We had a great time and enjoyed it.“

“Our family really enjoyed this experience! Our party has many food allergies and dietary restrictions and they were accommodated so well. All of the performances were incredible and so beautiful. The setting and backdrop was unreal. We would highly recommend!“

“We would come up here for a swim and order food in the evenings. Loved every dish. Our favorites were the nachos topped with chicken (it was like sweet teriyaki) and the chips are made in house - they were ridiculous good. I had a ahi tuna one night over cabbage and cucumbers - it was so light and so delicious. The potstickers were yum and the burger sliders. We also ordered “the sunset” which was mango and strawberry in a pina colada. Gosh I can’t say enough good things. Definitely unexpected to find such a nice setup at the AC. Ooo oo I almost forgot, there was a live singer here on Wednesday night - Chrisell? His voice was so good and the vibes were soooooo chill. Such a great night.“

“This is a mom and pop restaurant serving breakfast, salads and plates for very affordable prices. The food and setting are not fancy, but you pay about the same or less than for food from the local grocery store. You can get a meal for about 10 to 20 dollars. Very friendly service. A very convenient place for families. We were able to pay with a credit card.“

“The pulled pork buns and macaroni salad (didn’t know that was included) were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Price is right and the food is fresh and delicious. I spoke to the owner and she said the sauce is homemade and the pork is their specialty. I can’t recommend highly enough.“

“Food, atmosphere, service was above and beyond. I was a little sketched about this place initially because wailea restaurants can be a hit or miss. But this one was by far my favorite on the island!! The food was beyond incredible and so reasonable. I had hands down the best drinks I’ve had in a while.. our server was super sweet, considerate, and amazingly insightful. I will be recommending this place to people who ask now — not to mention the vibe, and ocean view is to die for. Mahalo to the restaurant and your amazing team for this experience. “What a beautiful hotel! I landed in Maui and had reservations for a different hotel. when I arrived the accommodations were terrible so I canceled that hotel and literally had no place to stay for 8 days! I went to the internet and found Maui Coast Hotel. Thankfully, they had just opened their new tower...and had a BEAUTIFUL 😍 ROOM with an ocean view available! The amenities were simply amazing and the staff was absoutely wonderful. The room..well...it was spectacular! We were the 1st to stay in that room. EVERYTHING WAS BRAND NEW! Beds and linnens were so comfy with extra pillows that were comfy! This property is literally just steps across the street where we had access to the most beautiful beach with the sofest sand and views of the neighboring islands. The food at Kiehi Cafe was great. I would highly recommend their grilled Mahi Mahi tacos and honestly their breakfasts were great too! Just walking distance to several other places including a food truck village! They had live music every night at tge poolside bar! Towels, covers for the lounges, sunscreen and pool toys were available for us to use! At every night they had Great bands at the bar! It was a magical stay. Their service was exceptional. Bikes you can ride with shuttle service 3mi from the hotel if you wanted to do something off property close by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Maui and hope to return soon! Thank You Maui Coast Hotel for making our stay wonderful. ❤️.“

We were overindulged from the moment we sat down at the table with the most beautiful view, surrounded by soothing live music. The care and concern from each and every staff member was evident, making sure that the best possible bottle of wine for our meal was chosen, that our water glass was never too empty, that each plate delivered was well executed and well presented and explained, when done each time dishes were taken away quickly, the pacing of the meal was well done, just everything and everything! Perfection! And a special note to Sasha- we already noted during our meal service- the finesse and skill you brought to the level of service was just outstanding! Kudos to you and to the team that supports you in making sure that each of your tables gets the attention that they deserve! To say that our anniversary dinner was memorable is truly an understatement! It will be that feeling of being so well taken care of and that every orchestrated element enhanced our celebration will be what brings us back over and over again. We already are making plans to come back and I know we will be coming back over and over again! With our deepest appreciation! …and then the food! Truly the best farm to table experience on Maui! From the amuse buche course(s!) that wet our appetite for more goodies to come. The locally sourced ingredients shined with their freshness and the finesse in which they were presented. Two highlights were the Maui onion soup presented with the perfect amount of cheese and puffed pastry topping- just perfectly seasoned. And then the Haleakala filet mignon, once again perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned and topped with compound butter that was melted at table side with rosemary. (It feels like we are saying perfect too much! But we do mean it!) Then to end the evening celebration with our chocolate lava cake surrounded by white and milk chocolate fondue with banana bread and fresh fruits was simply scrumptious! Chef Junior Ulep, Mahalo for our special night, with our deepest grateful hearts, we appreciate your mana and the joyfulness in which you have chosen to feed us and our fellow patrons at Kula Lodge Restaurant!“
