“This is one of my favorite spots in North Shore Kauai. It's in the Kong Lung shopping center in Kilauea near a bunch of boutique shops and restaurants. They have a bunch of outdoor seating and I love the cute atmosphere. I went with a group of 5 ladies and we all liked our sandwiches and pizza. They also have a bunch of baked goods like muffins and malasadas. I like that there's a water station but also a lot of drink options. My salad was also super fresh and yummy. This is a great place to go for delicious food in a casual, outside area. There's also shaded seating available.Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegetarian options including pizza, sandwiches, soups, and salads.Dietary restrictions: My friend is gluten-free and was glad they had gluten-free pizza crusts. She also can't do dairy and they had house-made vegan cheese.“

“I still can't believe that the entire place is gluten free (I'm in heaven). I got a couple of spam musubi and they are made to order with unagi sauce and the perfect ratio of meat to rice to seaweed with a slight sweetness from the sauce. I thought I wouldn't be able to have any this trip but I was so happy to find this!!!“

“Love this innovative & popular restaurant! The ambiance & vibe is artsy & fun! You'll find Gabe behind the extensive whiskey bar creating awesome cocktails. The food - from starters (such as brussel sprouts, carrots & mac&cheese balls), to all the entrees is consistently fantastic with multiple layers of flavor & is perfectly seasoned. Our favorites are the fresh fish (usually Ono or Mahi Mahi), pub steak & lamb chops. The bread pudding is my favorite dessert, though the cheesecake is pretty awesome. This restaurant has become our favorite for date nights & our first choice to share with visiting family & friends! I highly recommend reservations!“

“This is one of the most memorable Hawaiian meals! Even though we took it out and ate it about an hour later, the food was warm and delicious, and the Pad Thai was so generous that two people ate it to their hearts' content! The slight spiciness cut through the greasy taste, and the sweet iced coffee combination was also good. I highly recommend having it with coffee! (If there is a backlog of orders, the waiting time may be a bit long, so we recommend waiting with some time~)“

It’s the nicest gift shop and art shop, with the most beautiful gardens—be sure to walk through the “secret garden”—and fabulous meals, fresh and organic. “I was on my way to hike at HVNP but was too lazy to make a sandwich. I stopped here and ordered a tuna on cranberry walnut bread to go. What was really great was the way the kind girl tightly wrapped the sandwich in paper and sealed it in a baggy. Perfect to go in my backpack! And wow, it was delicious. Very gourmet. The way the sweet from the cranberry bread complimented the spicy from the radish sprouts was awesome. Also, it was so big, I got two meals out of it. What I liked best was how quickly my meal was freshly made to my order. If you are looking for wholesome food and don't have a lot of time to wait, I highly recommend Eagles. “Thai Thai Bistro and Bar is a solid spot for tasty Thai cuisine. Their pad thai is an absolute standout - perfectly cooked noodles with a sweet-savory sauce that hits all the right notes. But it's not just the pad thai that impresses. From the flavorful curries loaded with fresh veggies and tender proteins to the zingy larb salads, the dishes really deliver on authentic Thai flavors. The bistro has a lively, modern vibe too. My only minor gripe is that a couple of the appetizers seemed a tad lackluster in comparison to the excellent entrees.
