I was at the Princeville Shopping Center and ordered from the night market, and they really have good options! I highly recommend it.
Wow! Stopped by for lunch and tried a little bit of everything with my family. The staff was upbeat and smiling. The food was rich and flavorful; bright on the palate. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Koropos Kitchen is a new place to eat on Kauai, right in Waimea town. The spot is cute and quiet, with upbeat staff and service with a smile. The food is rich, flavorful, and well spiced, with the jerk chicken, chicken curry, and vegetable curry all mentioned. There are vegan and vegetarian options too. A must stop for good homemade food on the West side.
