I had ordered a sheet cake for my daughter's birthday. I paid for it but its not what I had asked for. I am highly unsatisfied. I bought it because it's not fair to her that employees can't follow simple instructions!! Asked for a rainbow boarder, got some random colors that don't even go with each other,asked for gru,minions and Lucy but got one minion and Agnes on ice cream cake. Barely can see her name because it's in such a dark blue color blends in with the blue background.
I stopped in this week to order supper for my family to go. It was crazy busy, people out the door waiting. The employee taking orders was very friendly even though people kept lining up. Ordered food and ice cream for 4 people. Considering the size of their kitchen and the amount of customers waiting, our wait was absolutely understandable. Staff was working their butts off. Food was excellent. Thank you!
