“The food was absolutely amazing I love their food. The one issue I had was a group of 20 came and then it was very hard to get food they would take all the pizza and dessert and the food wasn't being made fast enough so many times I couldn't get anything I would eat. So that's my only thing is when large groups come in all of us who were in there as well need to be remembered we paid too.”

“Went to get the buffet for dinner, but sadly it was only until 1:30pm that day. We still decided to sit down and order. Let me say for one woman waiting on all 4 tables she was doing a fantastic job. Crab Rangoons were hot, fresh and delicious! I ordered the orange chicken combo meal and it was so much food for just under $10 before tax! I couldn’t even finish more than a few bites and it was amazing! My daughter and mom loved it as well, will definitely be back again.”

“I tried several times to place my order through the app rewards so I could take part in the Buy 1 Get 1 50% off ft longs. It would not allow me to pay for my order regardless of which card I tried to use. So I drove there and ordered in person and was told he couldn't honor the "special" because it was specific to the app only. Then proceeds to tell me that the employees have no knowledge of the app operations, that they aren't even trained. I paid for my order using one of the cards I tried using in the app. This young man was very polite and did a great job serving us. My gripe is with the company for lack of training and the fact that when the app malfunctions, there should be a way to honor the deals offered on there. I ordered 5 ft longs, 2 pretzel sticks and 6 cookies, over $80 after tip and I couldn't even use my rewards!! ?”

“Food met Hardee's expectations. Staff was friendly and professional. But the staff also seems over worked. Only two employees present. Probably because the corporation doesn't realize in small town Iowa you have to pay more then average, because the farmers are paying people more for less work. If this Hardee's wants to stay in business they have to pay more people and hire more people.”
