I went through the drive-through earlier and ordered a McChicken meal deal. At the first window, the employee had asked me if I ordered the spicy. I politely told her no, and she adjusted my order. After picking up my food and going home, I opened my sandwich to find it is in fact a spicy McChicken. I do not have an issue with the spicy sandwich, but it is frustrating that after getting it clarified and corrected it was still wrong. I ordered only two things, a double cheeseburger and a diet Coke. Diet Coke was good as always but the sandwich was horrible. It was lukewarm and tasted as if it was at least an hour old .
I've also stopped ordering french fries at this location because they're almost always cold and if they're hot they still aren't crispy. I think they need to increase the temperature on their deep fryer.

Lacked employees let alone unclear on what window to go thru in drive thru no one wanting at windows to take your money

McDonald's offers great food and service, but some customers have experienced issues. This branch is truly exceptional, with the staff always getting orders right and providing great service. The restaurant is very clean, and the food is fresh and very good. While the absence of a menu board and a broken soda machine have added to customer frustration, the restaurant provides typical McDonald's food and service. The chef's effort to make a special order for a pregnant customer is appreciated.
