Starbucks in Ames

“Great experience this time! Clear communication delivery and mutual understanding, warm food and even an eye for details! I got prompt service and and heartly smile, nice eye contact and was even told to wait briefly well preping order! Great job to you and your team!!

I will be back to add additional 5 stars as to see if changes stand tall and this isn't just a lucky day.

“Planned to dine in, so had to pay for street parking. Scone dry and not very tasty. Got an extra item we didn't order, so someone else was missing their item. Didn't realize this until too late, so couldn't return. Were able to meet up with party expected and carry on a conversation without disruption.“

Parking: This Starbucks is in a Target, so it has that Target's parking. So there should be plenty of space, but ideal spots may already be taken.

Kid-friendliness: Use your judgment here. As I keep pointing out in this review, this Starbucks is in a Target, so while kids are welcome, I would still keep a close eye on them so they don't wander off into the wider store.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible. I'm not sure, but because it's in a Target general store, there might be riding scooters available if needed, though I didn't see any on my first visit so don't hold me to that.“

“Extreamly friendly staff, seems like they would bend backwards to make you happy if need be. Mentioned that I worked a 5 hour shift in a place with a broken a/c and they offered me water. If I was able to give them 6 stars I would give them 7 loved it here“

“Great job... but false advertising.. sign says get their app to get their app to earn rewards, but you cannot earn rewards at this store. Was told it is Starbucks corporate policy.... this is by definition false advertising which is illegal“
