Starbucks in Ames

“This location is my favorite ? Disabled parking and seating provided and awesome service for those in need! Unfortunately no automatic doors. ?Absolutely love this store and the people who run it!

“Planned to dine in, so had to pay for street parking. Scone dry and not very tasty. Got an extra item we didn't order, so someone else was missing their item. Didn't realize this until too late, so couldn't return. Were able to meet up with party expected and carry on a conversation without disruption.“

“It's rare for me personally to give this kinda high praise to Ames, for all three locations are on top of it! Also, thank you to your reward system! I absolutely love the spontaneous gift. Anyone who knows me personally knows coffee is my love language! A berista transformed my drink into something magical! Thank you so much for your expertise!“

Parking: This Starbucks is in a Target, so it has that Target's parking. So there should be plenty of space, but ideal spots may already be taken.

Kid-friendliness: Use your judgment here. As I keep pointing out in this review, this Starbucks is in a Target, so while kids are welcome, I would still keep a close eye on them so they don't wander off into the wider store.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible. I'm not sure, but because it's in a Target general store, there might be riding scooters available if needed, though I didn't see any on my first visit so don't hold me to that.“

“Extreamly friendly staff, seems like they would bend backwards to make you happy if need be. Mentioned that I worked a 5 hour shift in a place with a broken a/c and they offered me water. If I was able to give them 6 stars I would give them 7 loved it here“

“Great job... but false advertising.. sign says get their app to get their app to earn rewards, but you cannot earn rewards at this store. Was told it is Starbucks corporate policy.... this is by definition false advertising which is illegal“
