“We love to come to this Starbucks location almost every single day. In fact, we pass several other Starbucks along the way, just to come here. (I'm sure the other stores are friendly, too.)
We feel so welcome here! They know our names, and our favorite drinks. They feel like family to us. They bust their buns to keep the store clean, and they give great service to every customer we've seen.“
“I was a slowpoke and took a while longer than expected to pick up my order, and they very kindly and graciously remade it for me! It is delicious, and I really appreciate the courtesy, so much so that I immediately wrote this review. They have never let me down, love them!!!!“
“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Violet and Casper. Every time I come into Starbucks, they’re always so friendly and welcoming. They honestly make my day a little better every time I see them.
It’s not just that they do their jobs well—they go out of their way to be kind and make customers feel comfortable. No matter how busy it is, they always seem to have a positive attitude and a smile on their faces. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who come in.
In a world where good customer service can be hard to find sometimes, Violet and Casper are truly exceptional. They’re a big reason I enjoy coming to this Starbucks, and I think they deserve recognition for how hard they work and how they treat people. Thank you both for always being so awesome!“
“I am usually not one to write reviews however, this Starbucks deserves one. I go to this Starbucks every day to study and the employees are angels. Each of them are so intentional and kind. Customer service aside they have never missed a beat on my coffee. This Starbucks is by FAR the best in the area. Great work Ingersoll Starbucks!!!“
“Small Starbucks inside the store. Was actually surprised at how comfy it was with its big windows facing beautiful buildings. Since I get a mug or a cup at every state we wrestle in this was a great choice its literally by the center. Nice service and great people.“
“Usually pretty good service. Sometimes it takes a bit but it's usually during rush hour. Today, I ordered an iced pumpkin chai via the starbucks app. They were quick but the design they drew on my cup was really pretty. I know starbucks is making them do this. I particularly love it... IF they have time. Thank you to whoever drew this.“
“Went there with some of my grandchildren. They just love to go inside and talk to the employee and order their own drinks. This day one of my grandchildren spilt her dragon fruit drink and the nice gentleman made her a new one at no charge. The smile on her face was so amazing. Great customer service.“
“Visiting this Starbucks was a life-changing experience, literally. While enjoying my latte, I started choking, and a quick-thinking barista went to action, performing the Heimlich maneuver and saving my life. The coffee is always great, but the heroic service and genuine care from the staff here make it truly outstanding. Every visit now feels extra special, knowing that this isn't just a place that serves excellent coffee, but a place where the staff truly looks out for their customers.“

“It's a very busy place often with long lines. to be fair to them I think they're having a difficult time keeping good experienced baristas which slows them down. it may be a symptom of the actual company or it could be just a difficulty in getting good baristas. I've been there a few times usually it's pretty simple when you just ask for a black dark roast if they have it, but sometimes I want to dry cappuccino and I had a difficulty trying to explain to someone what that actually meant. I will say after I did explain it to them they got it. Anyway if you go in there with reasonable expectations it's not an independently owned coffee shop and they're usually busy you should be okay.“
“I have to start by saying that in general, I am not a Starbucks fan. I go to Starbucks only in desperation when I run out of coffee at home or there are no other local options near me. That said, this location is the only reason I actually have an active Starbucks app. I've been going here regularly for about a year, and every staff member I've encountered has been prompt, sweet, and professional. My orders have always been accurate. I'll even risk the drive thru when I'm running late to work because I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes, even with a few cars ahead of me. Thank you to the SE 14th staff for making my experience so pleasant whenever I need a pick-me-up!“
“Was in a hurry didn't want to be late for church my uncle ask the lady working you think u can make these fast employees said I can't try! I kid you not before I could blink she had are beverages made and made right what an amazing young lady.“
“We have always had great service at this location nothing beats grabbing a coffee and doing some shopping at Target :-) The other day I was in need of my caffeine fix bad so I ordered the largest size cold brew coffee I could get But I grabbed it on my way out... Got to the car set my drink on my dashboard and when I shut the car door my entire drink fell on My lap and on the floor of my car :-( I went back in to get another coffee and the barista working, Nya, (so sorry I should have asked how to spell your name) was so sweet after I told her why I was back in so quickly, covered in coffee, she replaced my coffee for me free of charge. Starbucks coffee is a guilty pleasure of mine and one of the things I do to treat myself every so often. We know the coffee isn't cheap but dang is it worth it. Her act of kindness really went a long way for me that day. And she was nothing but sweet, quick and efficient when I was ordering the first time.The only thing that I do not like about Starbucks being inside of another business, is that they cannot accept tips, at least at Target...that needs to change. I love to tip for great service and we all know they aren't making neat what they deserve.“
“Stopped by this Starbucks while visiting Des Moines and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently even during a busy rush. My drink was made perfectly, and the store was clean and well-maintained. It's clear the team takes pride in providing excellent customer service. I'll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in the area!“
